A擔(dān)保公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來,伴隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速增長,我國擔(dān)保行業(yè)獲得了迅猛發(fā)展。這大大緩解了中小企業(yè)融資難的問題,為促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、解決群眾就業(yè)、推動社會進(jìn)步做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。 但相比國外而言,我國擔(dān)保行業(yè)只有十幾年的歷史,還處于發(fā)展階段,存在很多不足,尤其在制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、有效參與市場競爭方面還存在很多問題,從而影響了擔(dān)保公司的更大發(fā)展。 本文以A擔(dān)保公司為研究對象,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論對企業(yè)所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行全面而深入地分析,在總結(jié)企業(yè)所面臨的機(jī)會、威脅,以及所擁有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢的基礎(chǔ)上,對公司有效參與市場競爭提出了基本的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。論文共分八部分,第一部分是引言;第二部分是緒論,主要是對研究對象進(jìn)行介紹,說明研究的背景和意義、研究思路和方法等;第三部分主要是對戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述;第四部分是對公司進(jìn)行外部環(huán)境分析;第五部分是對公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析;第六部分主要是進(jìn)行SWOT分析,制定公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并確定公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;第七部分是公司實施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障措施;第八部分是結(jié)論。 本文對A擔(dān)保公司如何獲得更大發(fā)展提出了戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和具體措施,這對擔(dān)保行業(yè)的其它類似公司制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,也可以產(chǎn)生一定的指導(dǎo)和參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, along with the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy, the guarantee industry of our country has obtained the rapid development. This has greatly alleviated the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises, and has made great contributions to promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, solving the employment of the masses and promoting social progress. However, compared with foreign countries, China's guarantee industry has only more than ten years of history, is still in the stage of development, there are many deficiencies, especially in the formulation of development strategies, effective participation in market competition there are still many problems. Thus affected the guarantee company's greater development. Taking A guarantee Company as the research object, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using the basic theory of strategic management, and summarizes the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise. On the basis of the advantages and disadvantages, this paper puts forward the basic strategic conception for the company to participate in the market competition effectively. The paper is divided into eight parts, the first part is the introduction; the second part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research object, explains the background and significance of the research, research ideas and methods, etc. The third part is mainly to summarize the relevant theories of the strategy. The fourth part is the analysis of the external environment of the company; the fifth part is the analysis of the internal environment of the company; the sixth part is mainly to carry out the SWOT analysis, formulate the strategic objectives of the company, and determine the development strategy of the company; The seventh part is the safeguard measures to implement the development strategy of the company; the eighth part is the conclusion. This paper puts forward strategic planning and concrete measures on how to achieve greater development of A guarantee company, which can also produce some guidance and reference significance for other similar companies in the guarantee industry to formulate development strategies.
