面向年輕用戶的個(gè)人金融管理需求研究與移動(dòng)服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:過去的十幾年,中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展帶來的是用戶金融需求的多樣化和金融業(yè)服務(wù)形式的轉(zhuǎn)型。其中,對于金融服務(wù)的需求增加存在于各個(gè)年齡層次的用戶,特別是信息時(shí)代環(huán)境下成長起來的當(dāng)下社會(huì)的年輕群體。同時(shí),銀行業(yè)金融服務(wù)由傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)模式向技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)模式發(fā)展,從柜臺(tái)式服務(wù)到網(wǎng)上銀行,從自動(dòng)取款機(jī)到手機(jī)銀行。調(diào)查結(jié)果還顯示消費(fèi)者對現(xiàn)有金融服務(wù)及產(chǎn)品還缺乏足夠的信任,我國個(gè)人金融多元化和個(gè)性化的需求還得不到滿足。在歐美地區(qū)個(gè)人金融管理服務(wù)發(fā)展逐漸受到銀行業(yè)和相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)重視、各地區(qū)先后推出了針對性服務(wù)的情況下,國內(nèi)的個(gè)人金融管理服務(wù)領(lǐng)域仍是一片空白。在這些背景下確定了本文的研究問題:面向年輕用戶的個(gè)人金融管理需求研究和移動(dòng)服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)。 文章首先對當(dāng)前個(gè)人金融管理服務(wù)的行業(yè)背景進(jìn)行了分析,包括:信息技術(shù)、移動(dòng)智能設(shè)備、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融服務(wù)、金融政策和用戶需求。從需求理論和客戶細(xì)分的角度對金融服務(wù)從傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)到個(gè)人金融管理服務(wù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述;通過對不同主導(dǎo)模式下的個(gè)人金融管理服務(wù)典型案例的分析,結(jié)合年輕用戶的成長背景和財(cái)物管理需求,定位于年輕用戶的個(gè)人金融管理需求研究。其次,文章運(yùn)用定性和定量的混合研究方法進(jìn)行了評估實(shí)驗(yàn),從用戶滿意度、內(nèi)容與功能、交互流程、視覺呈現(xiàn)和用戶體驗(yàn)的角度對被試服務(wù)進(jìn)行了分析,得出了用戶的潛在需求。最后運(yùn)用紙面原型的方式進(jìn)行了個(gè)人金融管理服務(wù)的原型設(shè)計(jì),并通過認(rèn)知走查對原型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。 如何科學(xué)的分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,并將用戶需求轉(zhuǎn)化為可用的服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)方案是本文的研究難點(diǎn)。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于結(jié)合中國人傳統(tǒng)的財(cái)物累積文化和對金融管理的需求背景,,將個(gè)人金融管理概念引入本土環(huán)境。分析年輕用戶的成長背景、未來社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體趨勢和對財(cái)物管理的需求,為服務(wù)確定目標(biāo)用戶群體。通過評估實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)有移動(dòng)金融服務(wù)存在的問題和年輕用戶在個(gè)人金融管理方面的潛在需求。最后,結(jié)合本土環(huán)境和實(shí)際的用戶需求,提出了移動(dòng)個(gè)人金融管理服務(wù)原型設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Over the past decade, the growth of China's national economy and the development of information technology have brought the diversification of the user's financial needs and the transformation of the service form of the financial industry. Among them, the demand for financial services has increased to users of all ages, especially the young group of the current society, which is growing under the environment of the information age. At the same time, the banking financial service is developed from the traditional service model to the technology-driven mobile internet service mode, from the counter-type service to the online banking, from the automatic teller machine to the mobile phone bank. The survey also shows that consumers lack sufficient trust in the existing financial services and products, and the demand for China's individual financial diversification and individuation is not met. in that case of the development of personal financial management service in the European and American region, the development of the personal financial management service of the region is gradually subject to the attention of the banking and the relevant institutions, and in the case of the introduction of the targeted service in each region, the domestic personal financial management service field is still a blank. The research issues in this paper are identified in these contexts: the research of personal financial management needs and the design of mobile services for young users. This paper first analyzes the industry background of the current personal financial management service, including information technology, mobile intelligent equipment, mobile internet financial service, financial policy and user's need From the perspective of demand theory and customer segmentation, the paper expounds the system of the financial service from the traditional service to the personal financial management service. Through the analysis of the typical cases of the individual financial management service under the different dominant modes, the development background and the property management of the young users are combined. Study on the Demand of Personal Financial Management in Young Users In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative methods of mixed research were used to evaluate the service, and the user's potential needs were obtained from the perspective of user satisfaction, content and function, interaction process, visual presentation and user experience. Finally, the prototype design of the personal financial management service was carried out by using the paper prototype, and the prototype was checked by the cognitive way. It is the research of this paper how to analyze the experimental results scientifically and transform the user's demand into the available service design scheme. The innovation point of this paper is to introduce the concept of personal financial management into the Chinese traditional property accumulation culture and the demand background to the financial management.
