包商銀行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力學(xué)習(xí)地圖研究

【摘要】:金融發(fā)展一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“晴雨表”,中國(guó)金融業(yè)正面臨著利率市場(chǎng)化及經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化等諸多挑戰(zhàn),作為銀行業(yè)中最為活躍的分子——城市商業(yè)銀行正處于粗放管理到精細(xì)化管理的過渡期,靠規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的跨越式發(fā)展階段已經(jīng)過去,行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將更加激烈。精細(xì)化管理的要求迫在眉睫,而提高管理人員的能力就是關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。當(dāng)今的企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)鍵是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。誰擁有人才誰就可以更有效率的運(yùn)作企業(yè)資源,誰就能賺取更豐厚的利潤(rùn)。 中國(guó)有句俗語“火車跑的快,全靠車頭帶”,從這樸素的話語中揭示了“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”及“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力”對(duì)一個(gè)組織發(fā)展的重要作用。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)歷來就是人們樂于探討的話題,尤其對(duì)于個(gè)體來說,是人類著迷與渴望的活動(dòng)。人類對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究也不曾止步,人們一直都在努力尋找一條培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的有效捷徑。各種理論從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的特質(zhì)、模式、情境、權(quán)變、路徑、目標(biāo)等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了探索與研討。 本文主要探討包商銀行如何構(gòu)建領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力學(xué)習(xí)地圖,為管理人員提升能力提供指導(dǎo),協(xié)助企業(yè)有效積聚人力資本。希望通過學(xué)習(xí)地圖,加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè),進(jìn)而助推企業(yè)人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè);希望通過學(xué)習(xí)地圖,按圖索驥,找到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力學(xué)習(xí)路徑;希望通過學(xué)習(xí)地圖,貫穿培訓(xùn)散點(diǎn),提高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培訓(xùn)的體系化水平。
[Abstract]:Financial development has always been the barometer of economic development. China's financial industry is facing many challenges, such as marketization of interest rates and economic integration. As the most active element in banking, urban commercial banks are in the transition period from extensive management to fine management. The leapfrog development stage of scale expansion has passed, and the competition in the industry will become more intense. The requirement of fine management is urgent, and improving the ability of management is a key link. Nowadays, the key of enterprise competition is talent competition. Who has talent will be able to more efficient operation of enterprise resources, who can earn more profits. There is a saying in China that "the train runs fast and depends entirely on the front band", which reveals the important role of "leadership" and "leadership" in the development of an organization. Leadership has always been a topic that people are willing to discuss, especially for individuals, it is the activity of human fascination and desire. Human research on leadership has not stopped, people have been trying to find an effective shortcut to leadership. Various theories are explored and discussed from the characteristics, models, situations, contingency, paths, goals and other aspects of leadership. This paper mainly discusses how the contractor bank constructs the leadership learning map to provide guidance for managers to improve their abilities and to help enterprises to accumulate human capital effectively. It is hoped that the construction of leadership training system will be strengthened by studying map, and then the construction of enterprise talent echelon will be promoted, and the path of leadership learning will be found by studying map, searching according to clues and finding out the path of leadership learning. Hope to learn map, through training scattered points, improve leadership training system level.
