【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)型期中國對外直接投資(Outward Foreign Direct Investment,OFDI)地域分布特征不能被傳統(tǒng)OFDI理論所解釋。中國OFDI存量高度集中于避稅地,地域分布格局偏離發(fā)展中國家常規(guī),主要投資地中政治風險較高國家偏多。引入制度理論對中國OFDI地域分布特征進行解釋。轉(zhuǎn)型期制度約束與制度缺失是中國OFDI高度集中于避稅地的重要原因,企業(yè)通過投資避稅地來規(guī)避制度約束或進行制度套利;國有企業(yè)OFDI動機的雙重性以及政府的政策傾斜弱化了地理距離、文化距離、經(jīng)濟距離及政治風險等常規(guī)因素對國有企業(yè)OFDI區(qū)位選擇以及中國OFDI地域分布的影響;中國企業(yè)的非市場能力支持了它們對政治風險較高國家的投資。
[Abstract]:The regional distribution of China's (Outward Foreign Direct Investment,OFDI during the transition period can not be explained by the traditional OFDI theory. The stock of OFDI in China is highly concentrated in tax havens, the pattern of regional distribution deviates from the convention of developing countries, and there are more countries with higher political risk in the main investment places. System theory is introduced to explain the regional distribution of OFDI in China. Institutional constraints and institutional deficiencies in the transitional period are the important reasons why China's OFDI is highly concentrated in tax havens. Enterprises evade institutional constraints or carry out institutional arbitrage through investment tax havens. The duality of OFDI motivation of state-owned enterprises and the government's policy inclination weaken the influence of conventional factors, such as geographical distance, cultural distance, economic distance and political risk, on the location choice of OFDI in state-owned enterprises and the regional distribution of OFDI in China. The non-market ability of Chinese companies supports their investments in politically risky countries.
