東亞銀行A分行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化的不斷深化,,現(xiàn)在企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)不再是單個企業(yè)之間的競爭,而是涉及供應(yīng)鏈上下游的生產(chǎn)商、銷售商等企業(yè)之間的競爭。在供應(yīng)鏈金融理論中,商業(yè)銀行作為供應(yīng)鏈中的一個關(guān)鍵點,對物流、信息流以及資金流進行綜合配置,使整個供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)上各個單位獲得各自的利益。在此背景下,供應(yīng)鏈金融這種由商業(yè)銀行開展的面向供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新性金融服務(wù)模式便應(yīng)運而生了。所謂供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)是商業(yè)銀行針對供應(yīng)鏈上的單個企業(yè)或多個企業(yè)所提供的全面的金融服務(wù),從而形成供應(yīng)鏈的核心企業(yè)、相關(guān)配套企業(yè)以及商業(yè)銀行之間互利共存的良性發(fā)展態(tài)勢。本文主要從商業(yè)銀行視角出發(fā),對供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展進行研究。由于供應(yīng)鏈金融將銀行金融服務(wù)與企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理有機結(jié)合在一起,已經(jīng)成為銀行和企業(yè)拓展發(fā)展空間、增強競爭力的一個重要領(lǐng)域,也為供應(yīng)鏈成員中的核心企業(yè)和上下游提供了新的融資渠道。 論文選擇東亞銀行A分行為研究對象,闡述了供應(yīng)鏈金融產(chǎn)生的背景和研究的意義,將供應(yīng)鏈金融近年來相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外文獻進行總結(jié),歸納出了兩個結(jié)論,并對供應(yīng)鏈金融的概念進行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,對供應(yīng)鏈金融的內(nèi)涵進行界定,提出通過文獻研究法、案例研究法和定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法對東亞銀行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展進行研究。通過剖析東亞銀行A分行目前的基本情況,從金融機構(gòu)的激烈競爭需要、中小企業(yè)的資金缺口需要和東亞銀行A分行業(yè)務(wù)良性發(fā)展需要三個方面闡述供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)開展的必要性,并對目前供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的三種模式和三種產(chǎn)品類型及東亞銀行對供應(yīng)鏈金融模式和產(chǎn)品的選擇進行闡述,并列舉了東亞銀行A分行目前開展的供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的示例。 通過分析,總結(jié)出目前東亞銀行A分行在高管對供應(yīng)鏈金融缺乏整體認識,供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)差,授信審批制度存在缺陷,風險技術(shù)平臺不完善及供應(yīng)鏈金融人才缺乏方面存在一定的問題。以此為依據(jù),提出了應(yīng)從加強銀行決策層及管理層對供應(yīng)鏈金融的認知水平、夯實業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、完善授信審批制度、提高業(yè)務(wù)人員綜合素質(zhì)及創(chuàng)新能力、完善風險管理信息技術(shù)平臺、強化銀行全面風險管理防范等方面著手,逐步改進及優(yōu)化目前供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)存在的各種問題,從而為我國商業(yè)銀行在未來更好的開展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of global economic integration, the competition between enterprises is no longer the competition between individual enterprises, but involves the competition between manufacturers and sellers in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain. In the theory of supply chain finance, commercial banks, as a key point in the supply chain, comprehensively allocate logistics, information flow and capital flow, so that each unit in the whole supply chain can obtain its own benefits. In this context, supply chain finance, which is developed by commercial banks, is an innovative financial service model for supply chain enterprises. The so-called supply chain financial service is a comprehensive financial service provided by a commercial bank to a single or multiple enterprises in the supply chain, thus forming the core enterprise of the supply chain. The benign development trend of mutually-beneficial coexistence between relevant supporting enterprises and commercial banks. This paper studies the development of supply chain financial business from the perspective of commercial banks. Since supply chain finance combines banking financial services with enterprise supply chain management, it has become an important field for banks and enterprises to expand their development space and enhance their competitiveness. It also provides new financing channels for the core enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain. This paper chooses Bank of East Asia A Branch as the research object, expounds the background and significance of the research, summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures related to supply chain finance in recent years, and concludes two conclusions. On the basis of defining the concept of supply chain finance, the connotation of supply chain finance is defined. Case study and qualitative and quantitative methods are used to study the development of Bank of East Asia supply chain financial business. By analyzing the current basic situation of Bank of East Asia Branch A, from the needs of fierce competition among financial institutions, The financing gap needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and the benign development of Bank of East Asia A branch business need three aspects to elaborate the necessity of carrying out the supply chain finance business. Three models and three product types of current supply chain financial business and the selection of supply chain finance model and products by Bank of East Asia are expounded, and the examples of supply chain finance business carried out by Bank of East Asia A Branch are listed. Through analysis, it is concluded that the executives of Bank of East Asia A lack the overall understanding of supply chain finance, the development foundation of supply chain finance business is poor, and the credit approval system has defects. There are some problems in the imperfect risk technology platform and the shortage of financial personnel in supply chain. Based on this, this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the cognition level of bank decision making and management to supply chain finance, consolidate the foundation of business development, perfect credit approval system, and improve the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of business personnel. To improve the information technology platform of risk management, strengthen the comprehensive risk management and prevention of banks, and gradually improve and optimize the various problems existing in the current supply chain financial business, In order to provide a reference for our commercial banks to better carry out the supply chain financial business in the future.
