【摘要】:在泛資管背景下,伴隨著不斷推進(jìn)的市場化改革,逐步放開的我國證券公司資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)的監(jiān)管,證券公司資產(chǎn)管理也迎來擴(kuò)大發(fā)展和深化發(fā)展的新階段,資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)將被納入包括經(jīng)紀(jì)、自營、承銷業(yè)務(wù)在內(nèi)的主要業(yè)務(wù)中。因此,展開對證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的研究有著相當(dāng)重要的意義與價值。本篇文章首先通過文獻(xiàn)檢索,了解國內(nèi)外證券資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的研究成果,然后對證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)、證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)運作要點以及我國券商和國外券商資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹,再通過比較分析、對C證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行定量和定性相結(jié)合分析,得出C證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)目前主要存在三大問題:資產(chǎn)規(guī)模偏小,產(chǎn)品種類單一,產(chǎn)品收益偏低。最后通過對問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,提出了C證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)七個發(fā)展對策:(1)擴(kuò)大影響,樹立特色品牌;(2)目標(biāo)客戶重定位,克服地域限制;(3)拓寬渠道,提高營銷水平;(4)培養(yǎng)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)設(shè)能力,豐富產(chǎn)品體系;(5)細(xì)分客戶,發(fā)掘需求;(6)加強(qiáng)投研團(tuán)隊建設(shè);(7)健全風(fēng)險控制體系。本文研究的主要目的就是通過對C證券公司資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的研究,解決實際問題,最終能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)促進(jìn)公司把握資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展“黃金期”的機(jī)遇,突出資管業(yè)務(wù)特色,樹立公司品牌。促進(jìn)公司順應(yīng)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,打造資產(chǎn)管理“硬實力”,全方面提升管理能力,從而促進(jìn)公司的轉(zhuǎn)型、加強(qiáng)公司的市場競爭優(yōu)勢、提高公司盈利。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the pan capital management, with the continuous reform of the market and the gradual release of the supervision of the asset management industry of the securities companies in China, the asset management of the securities companies is also ushered in a new stage of expansion and development. The asset management business will be included in the main business including brokerage, self-management and underwriting. The research on the asset management business of the securities company is of great significance and value. First of all, this article, through literature retrieval, understands the research results of securities asset management at home and abroad, and then to the assets management business of securities companies, the operation of the assets management business of securities companies, and the asset management industry of China's securities firms and foreign securities firms. The present situation of the business is introduced, and then through the comparative analysis, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the assets management business of C securities company is carried out. It is concluded that there are three major problems in the assets management business of C securities company: the small asset size, the single product type and the low yield of the product. Finally, the reasons for the problems are analyzed and the results are put forward. C securities company asset management business seven development countermeasures: (1) to expand the impact, set up characteristic brand; (2) target customer repositioning, overcoming regional restrictions; (3) widening channels to improve marketing level; (4) cultivate product creation ability, enrich product system; (5) subdivide customers, explore demand; (6) strengthen investment research team construction; (7) sound risk control system. The main purpose of this study is to solve the actual problems through the research on the assets management business of C securities company, and finally to achieve the opportunity to promote the company to grasp the "golden period" of the development of the asset management business, to highlight the characteristics of the management of the business, to establish the company brand, to promote the development trend of the company, and to build the "hard strength" of asset management. "To enhance the management capability in all aspects, thereby promoting the transformation of the company, strengthening the company's competitive edge in the market and improving the company's profitability.
