【摘要】：債務(wù)危機(jī)表面上為一種債權(quán)債務(wù)關(guān)系的不可持續(xù),但本質(zhì)上是一種貨幣的信用危機(jī)。雖然歐債危機(jī)的成因已有不同視角的解釋,但從貨幣本質(zhì)角度,貨幣作為信用貨幣與主權(quán)貨幣之間及貨幣作為流通手段與利益分配工具的本質(zhì)之間均存在無(wú)法克服的內(nèi)在沖突,才是歐元區(qū)主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)的根本原因。
[Abstract]:Debt crisis is an unsustainable debt-debt relationship, but it is essentially a credit crisis of currency. Although the causes of the European debt crisis have been explained from different perspectives, from the point of view of monetary essence, there is an insuperable internal conflict between currency as credit currency and sovereign currency, currency as a means of circulation and the essence of interest distribution tool. That is the root cause of the euro zone's sovereign debt crisis.
