【摘要】：本文以跨國投資理論為基礎(chǔ),在介紹韓國韓亞集團(tuán)對我國的投資現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)分析了韓亞集團(tuán)在我國的投資策略。由于我國和韓國在文化上、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平上的相似性,以及地域上的鄰近性,對韓亞集團(tuán)投資策略進(jìn)行的案例分析能夠?yàn)槲覈鹑诩瘓F(tuán)的對外投資提供有益的參考。如何從加強(qiáng)銀行自身建設(shè)和加大政府政策支持力度兩個層面入手實(shí)現(xiàn)金融企業(yè)的跨國發(fā)展,是本文探索的重點(diǎn)。通過韓亞銀行在我國投資行為的深入分析,本文在銀行自身的經(jīng)營策略和政府相關(guān)支持政策兩個方面提出了促進(jìn)我國銀行業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營的政策建議。在銀行自身的經(jīng)營策略方面,本文認(rèn)為我國銀行應(yīng)要在四個方面進(jìn)行提升,即推動金融開放,創(chuàng)建銀行跨國投資良好環(huán)境；創(chuàng)新銀行業(yè)務(wù)品種以提供綜合化服務(wù)；運(yùn)用多種策略以順應(yīng)國際市場變化；實(shí)現(xiàn)與跨國公司協(xié)同發(fā)展。在政府相關(guān)支持政策方面,本文認(rèn)為政府要做到以下五點(diǎn),即推動金融開放,創(chuàng)建銀行跨國投資良好環(huán)境；建立健全對外投資的法規(guī)體系,完善境外投資管理體制；完善對外投資管理機(jī)制,健全風(fēng)險管理體系與監(jiān)管；改進(jìn)和完善我國金融業(yè)對外投資的支援制度；構(gòu)建“協(xié)同發(fā)展”的經(jīng)營環(huán)境。通過銀行自身和政府的共同努力,促使我國銀行更好更快地推進(jìn)國際化戰(zhàn)略,更大規(guī)模更深程度地參與到國際競爭中去,最終推動我經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展水平的整體進(jìn)步和人民生活水平的普遍提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of transnational investment and on the basis of introducing the present situation of Korean Asia Group's investment in China, this paper mainly analyzes the investment strategy of Korean Asia Group in China. Due to the similarity between China and South Korea in terms of culture, economic development level and geographical proximity, the case study on the investment strategy of Asiana Group can provide a useful reference for the outward investment of Chinese financial groups. How to realize the transnational development of financial enterprises from the aspects of strengthening the bank's own construction and increasing the government's policy support is the focus of this paper. Through the in-depth analysis of the investment behavior of Asiana Bank in China, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the transnational operation of China's banking industry in two aspects: the bank's own management strategy and the government's relevant supporting policies. In terms of the management strategy of the banks themselves, this paper holds that the banks of our country should be promoted in four aspects, namely, to promote the opening up of finance, to create a good environment for banks to invest across the border, to innovate the types of banking business in order to provide comprehensive services; Use various strategies to adapt to the changes in the international market, and achieve coordinated development with multinational companies. In terms of relevant government support policies, this paper argues that the government should achieve the following five points: to promote financial opening, to create a good environment for banks to invest across borders, to establish and improve the legal system for foreign investment, and to improve the management system of overseas investment; We should perfect the management mechanism of foreign investment, perfect the risk management system and supervision, improve and perfect the supporting system of our financial industry's foreign investment, and construct the management environment of "coordinated development". Through the joint efforts of the banks themselves and the government, the banks in our country are urged to promote the internationalization strategy better and faster, and to participate in international competition on a larger and deeper scale. Finally, promote the overall development of our economic and social progress and the general improvement of people's living standards.
