【摘要】:作為為客戶提供服務的基礎,產(chǎn)品是衡量銀行服務水平高低的重要標準,是體現(xiàn)銀行核心競爭力的關鍵所在。在打造優(yōu)秀大型上市銀行目標的指引下,內(nèi)蒙農(nóng)行要打造增利源泉、獲得持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢,必須要根據(jù)市場和客戶金融需求的變化,持續(xù)快速地創(chuàng)新和培育具有強大競爭力的金融產(chǎn)品,提升內(nèi)蒙農(nóng)行的業(yè)務發(fā)展能力。 本文從競爭力結(jié)果表象和影響因素兩個方面,分別對對公、零售、機構(gòu)同業(yè)和三農(nóng)四個板塊的主要產(chǎn)品線進行深入研究,并對未來各板塊的發(fā)展趨勢進行了分析,針對內(nèi)蒙農(nóng)行產(chǎn)品體系的現(xiàn)狀提出相應的對策和建議,為今后產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新管理及業(yè)務發(fā)展方向、進一步增強產(chǎn)品競爭力提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the basis for providing service for customers, the product is an important criterion to measure the level of the bank's service and the key to the core competitiveness of the bank. Under the guidance of the goal of creating an excellent large listed bank, Inner Mongolia Agricultural Bank has to build a source of increasing profit and gain a continuous competitive advantage, which must be based on the change of market and customer financial demand. We should continuously and rapidly innovate and cultivate strong competitive financial products to enhance the business development capability of Inner Mongolia Agricultural Bank.
In this paper, the main product lines of the four sectors of the public, retail, institutional and three rural areas are studied from two aspects of the competitiveness result representation and influencing factors, and the development trend of the various plates in the future is analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the present situation of the Inner Mongolia Agricultural Bank's product system, for the future product innovation management. Rationale and business development to further enhance product competitiveness.
