商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效能分析及改進(jìn)策略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)金融政策的進(jìn)一步開放,商業(yè)銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力加劇,大型商業(yè)銀行面臨資源合理配置,提升網(wǎng)點(diǎn)利潤(rùn)率壓力,中小型商業(yè)銀行面臨如何快速擴(kuò)大服務(wù)輻射區(qū)域等主要問題。商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效率以及網(wǎng)點(diǎn)改進(jìn)策略的研究對(duì)目前商業(yè)銀行的優(yōu)化網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局,提升銀行精細(xì)化管理水平具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性,對(duì)銀行營(yíng)銷策略的部署與實(shí)施也具有一定的參考價(jià)值。 論文全文共分六章。第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行目前渠道建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,通過對(duì)渠道面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力以及挑戰(zhàn)的分析,闡明了對(duì)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效能分析及改進(jìn)策略研究的重要意義。同時(shí)分析了該項(xiàng)研究在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展的基本狀況。第二章詳細(xì)分析研究了商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效能指標(biāo)體系的選取方法,最終選取包含了四個(gè)維度的六項(xiàng)指標(biāo)作為網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效能評(píng)判的指標(biāo)體系。第三章詳細(xì)研究了基于指標(biāo)體系的分群方法,并用30個(gè)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了方案驗(yàn)證。第四章是根據(jù)第二、三章的研究結(jié)果選取了某商業(yè)銀行某分行的861個(gè)實(shí)際營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效能分析的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,來(lái)進(jìn)一步闡明銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效能分析的方法及改進(jìn)策略。第五章從分群的四類網(wǎng)點(diǎn)中分別提取了一個(gè)樣本進(jìn)行單樣本案例分析,提出具體改進(jìn)意見。第六章對(duì)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)效能的分析方法和改進(jìn)策略進(jìn)行了總結(jié)以及對(duì)外來(lái)的展望。
[Abstract]:With the further opening up of our country's financial policy, the competitive pressure of commercial banks intensifies, and large commercial banks are faced with the pressure of rational allocation of resources and enhancement of profit margins. Small and medium-sized commercial banks are faced with such major problems as how to rapidly expand the service radiation area. The research on the network efficiency and the improvement strategy of commercial banks has strong practicability for optimizing the distribution of commercial banks and improving the management level of commercial banks. Also has certain reference value to the bank marketing strategy deployment and the implementation. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the current situation of channel construction in China's commercial banks. Through the analysis of the competitive pressure and challenges faced by the channel, it clarifies the significance of the research on the effectiveness analysis and improvement strategy of commercial banks. At the same time, the basic development of this research at home and abroad is analyzed. The second chapter analyzes the selection method of commercial bank network effectiveness index system in detail, and finally selects six indexes including four dimensions as the index system of network effectiveness evaluation. In chapter 3, the clustering method based on index system is studied in detail, and the scheme is verified with 30 sample data. The fourth chapter is based on the results of the second and third chapters of a commercial bank selected a branch of 861 actual business network data for network effectiveness analysis of the application practice to further clarify the bank network effectiveness analysis methods and improvement strategies. In the fifth chapter, one sample is extracted from the four kinds of nodes in the cluster to analyze the case of single sample, and the concrete suggestions for improvement are put forward. The sixth chapter summarizes the analysis methods and improvement strategies of commercial bank network effectiveness.
