【摘要】：弗里德曼和凱恩斯的通貨膨脹理論，既有涇渭分明之處，也存在共通方面。凱恩斯在探析通貨膨脹形成原因上，始終承認(rèn)貨幣的原始推動作用，通過架起著名的“有效需求”的橋梁，將貨幣與物價相連，逐步形成需求拉動通貨膨脹基本理論。在通貨膨脹的過程分析中，凱恩斯將通貨膨脹的發(fā)展分為三個階段。在分析通貨膨脹的利弊時，凱恩斯認(rèn)為，當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)出現(xiàn)失調(diào)，必然要進(jìn)行通貨價格控制，必要時可以采取適度通貨膨脹政策，但與此同時，凱恩斯堅決反對過度依賴適度通貨膨脹政策。學(xué)術(shù)界對凱恩斯經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的探索往往止步于其蕭條經(jīng)濟(jì)方面，缺乏對凱恩斯貨幣與通貨膨脹理論徹底的探討，致使出現(xiàn)對相關(guān)理論認(rèn)識不清和盲目運用的現(xiàn)象。實際上，凱恩斯對于通貨膨脹的原因判斷、發(fā)展研究和利弊分析，都有深刻的理論前瞻性。 弗里德曼的通貨膨脹理論貫穿于其貨幣理論中，弗里德曼也是需求拉動型通貨膨脹理論忠實擁護(hù)者。在通貨膨脹的發(fā)展研究中，弗里德曼根據(jù)美國經(jīng)濟(jì)史統(tǒng)計和實證分析，將通貨膨脹發(fā)生過程進(jìn)行了一系列時間點劃分。在通貨膨脹的利弊分析上，弗里德曼是立場鮮明的通貨膨脹反對者，他用大量篇幅論述了通貨膨脹的各種危害之處，，并毫不忌諱的批評當(dāng)局缺乏責(zé)任感的做法無益于飲鴆止渴。弗里德曼的通貨膨脹理論還包括應(yīng)對通貨膨脹的治理措施。 在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的當(dāng)今形勢下，研究探索凱恩斯和弗里德曼的通貨膨脹理論異同，對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和改革開放的順利發(fā)展，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Friedman and Keynes's theory of inflation, there are clear differences, but also common aspects. Keynes always acknowledged the primordial role of money in analyzing the causes of inflation. By building a famous bridge of "effective demand", he connected money with price and gradually formed the basic theory of demand-driven inflation. In the process analysis of inflation, Keynes divided the development of inflation into three stages. In analyzing the pros and cons of inflation, Keynes believed that when the economy was out of balance, currency price control was inevitable, and moderate inflation policies could be adopted when necessary, but at the same time, Keynes was adamant against over-reliance on moderate inflation. The exploration of Keynesian economics in academic circles often ends in its depressed economy, and the lack of thorough discussion on Keynesian monetary and inflation theory leads to the phenomenon of unclear understanding and blind application of related theories. In fact, Keynes had profound theoretical foresight on the cause of inflation, development research and analysis of pros and cons. Friedman's inflation theory runs through his monetary theory, and Friedman is a staunch advocate of demand-driven inflation. In the study of the development of inflation, Friedman divided the process of inflation into a series of time points according to the statistics and empirical analysis of American economic history. Friedman is a clear opponent of inflation in his analysis of the pros and cons of inflation. He has devoted a great deal of time to discussing the dangers of inflation and unabated criticism of the lack of responsibility of the authorities is not conducive to drinking poison to quench thirst. Friedman's inflation theory also includes measures to deal with inflation. Under the current situation of economic globalization, it is of great practical significance to explore the similarities and differences between Keynesian and Friedman's inflation theories for the smooth development of economic construction and reform and opening up in China.
