【摘要】：近年來,外資參股中國上市公司的現(xiàn)象越來越普遍,外資的進入必然給我國貨幣政策及上市公司價值帶來影響。該文運用面板VAR實證研究方法,選擇樣本公司2002年第一季度至2009年第二季度的季度數(shù)據(jù)和貨幣供應量的季度數(shù)據(jù),分析貨幣供應量、外資參股與上市公司價值三者之間的關系,實證研究結果表明任意兩個變量之間都存在相互影響的正相關關系。因此,我國應該繼續(xù)發(fā)揮貨幣政策的宏觀調(diào)控作用,進一步開放證券市場吸引外資參股上市公司,以提升上市公司價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the phenomenon of foreign investment in Chinese listed companies is becoming more and more common, and the entry of foreign capital will inevitably affect our monetary policy and the value of listed companies.Using panel VAR empirical research method, this paper selects the quarterly data of sample companies from the first quarter of 2002 to the second quarter of 2009 and the quarterly data of money supply, and analyzes the relationship among money supply, foreign capital participation and the value of listed companies.The empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between any two variables.Therefore, China should continue to play the role of macro-control of monetary policy, and further open the securities market to attract foreign investors to participate in listed companies, in order to enhance the value of listed companies.
