【摘要】：中小企業(yè)信用擔(dān)保是解決中小企業(yè)融資難的一種有效手段。本文分析了我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的信用擔(dān)保體系的基本內(nèi)容,重點(diǎn)探討了我國(guó)中小企業(yè)信用擔(dān)保的法律制度及其局限性,指出了我國(guó)中小企業(yè)信用擔(dān)保的法律框架存在的問(wèn)題,最后提出了完善我國(guó)中小企業(yè)信用擔(dān)保法律制度的思路和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The credit guarantee of small and medium-sized enterprises is an effective means to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper analyzes the basic contents of the credit guarantee system of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and probes into the legal system and limitations of credit guarantee for small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. This paper points out the problems existing in the legal framework of credit guarantee for small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, and finally puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to perfect the legal system of credit guarantee for small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
