NF銀行廣西分行國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:由于國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)能從提升核心資本充足率、增加盈利及產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力等方面提升銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)金融與國(guó)際日漸接軌的今天,重視和發(fā)展國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)已成為銀行的共識(shí)。 作為國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)政策性銀行,NF銀行從履行支農(nóng)職責(zé)、服務(wù)客戶及實(shí)現(xiàn)自身愿景出發(fā),于2006年正式開(kāi)辦國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)。NF銀行廣西分行作為最早的一批試點(diǎn)行,業(yè)務(wù)曾連年快速增長(zhǎng)。但隨著全行發(fā)展政策的變遷,本外幣業(yè)務(wù)的逐漸展開(kāi),NF銀行廣西分行國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展面臨諸多困難和問(wèn)題。諸如內(nèi)部管理體制缺陷,制度流程待完善,產(chǎn)品品種少,盈利性偏低,客戶數(shù)量少質(zhì)量低,從業(yè)隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)、人才儲(chǔ)備不足等問(wèn)題困擾之下,該行業(yè)務(wù)增速明顯下降,發(fā)展陷入困境。 本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用PEST及SWOT等工具對(duì)NF銀行廣西分行國(guó)際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境及內(nèi)外部?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合NF銀行及廣西的實(shí)際,有針對(duì)性地提出了優(yōu)化管理體制、拓展客戶群體、大力推廣產(chǎn)品、強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控等四個(gè)方面的具體策略建議。
[Abstract]:As the international settlement business can enhance the competitiveness of banks from the aspects of enhancing the core capital adequacy ratio, increasing profitability and product innovation ability, with the development of global economic integration, the domestic finance is increasingly in line with the international market. Attach importance to and develop the international settlement business has become the consensus of the bank. As the national agricultural policy bank, NF-Bank, in order to fulfill its duty of supporting agriculture, serving customers and realizing its own vision, officially opened its international settlement business, Guangxi Branch, as the first batch of pilot banks in 2006. The business has been growing rapidly year after year. However, with the change of the development policy of the whole bank, the gradual development of the local and foreign currency business is facing many difficulties and problems in the development of the international settlement business of the Guangxi Branch of NF Bank, such as the defects of the internal management system and the need to improve the system process. The products are few, profitability is low, the number of customers is low, the number of customers is low, the working team is unstable, the talent reserve is not enough, and so on, the business growth rate of the bank has obviously decreased, and the development has fallen into a dilemma. This paper analyzes the macro environment, internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the development of international settlement business of NF Bank Guangxi Branch by means of PEST and SWOT, and combines with the practice of NF Bank and Guangxi, puts forward the optimized management system. Expand the customer group, vigorously promote the product, strengthen the risk prevention and control of the specific four aspects of the specific strategy.
