【摘要】：在分析通貨膨脹原因問題上,凱恩斯更強調需求因素。弗里德曼更強調貨幣的直接作用,對西方資本主義國家出現(xiàn)的"滯脹"現(xiàn)象,凱恩斯主義不能很好解釋,貨幣主義認為這是推行凱恩斯主義經(jīng)濟政策的結果,人為地破壞了自由市場機制的作用。貨幣學派主張取消或簡化資本主義國家政府的財政調節(jié)措施,充分發(fā)揮市場的調節(jié)作用,貨幣當局根據(jù)經(jīng)濟增長的速度長期地、穩(wěn)定地增加貨幣供應。在依靠增加貨幣發(fā)行達到刺激經(jīng)濟的目的這一點上,凱恩斯主義與貨幣主義是有一定共通性的。我國目前出現(xiàn)的物價普遍上漲情況與我國近年大量發(fā)行貨幣有直接關系。我們要辯證地分析凱恩斯主義和貨幣主義在對待通貨膨脹問題上的理論分歧,聯(lián)系我國自身經(jīng)濟的復雜性,深入分析貨幣供求與商品供求之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,優(yōu)化宏觀調控政策,保證經(jīng)濟政策的科學性和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:In analyzing the causes of inflation, Keynes emphasized the demand factor, and Friedman emphasized the direct effect of money. Keynesianism could not explain the phenomenon of "stagflation" in western capitalist countries. Monetarism believes that this is the result of Keynesian economic policies that artificially undermine the role of free market mechanisms. The monetary school advocates abolishing or simplifying the fiscal adjustment measures of capitalist governments. Give full play to the regulatory role of the market, the monetary authorities in accordance with the rate of economic growth in the long-term, stable increase in money supply, in order to increase the issue of money to achieve the purpose of stimulating the economy. Keynesianism and monetarism are common to a certain extent. The general rise in prices in our country is directly related to the mass issuance of currency in recent years. We must dialectically analyze Keynesianism and monetarism in recent years. Theoretical differences in the treatment of inflation. In view of the complexity of China's own economy, this paper deeply analyzes the internal relationship between the supply and demand of money and commodity, optimizes the macro-control policy, and ensures the scientific and stable of the economic policy.
