【摘要】：本文從戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)視角切入,對(duì)全球失衡進(jìn)行了深入分析。鑒于美元的中心地位,文中引入一國(guó)貨幣為國(guó)際儲(chǔ)備貨幣,構(gòu)建了基于壟斷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和黏性價(jià)格的兩國(guó)一般均衡模型,考察了儲(chǔ)備貨幣發(fā)行國(guó)的財(cái)政沖擊和貨幣沖擊對(duì)全球失衡以及他國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與福利的影響。美國(guó)巨額戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)開支引致的財(cái)政惡化是影響其經(jīng)常賬戶赤字的重要因素。得益于美元的國(guó)際儲(chǔ)備貨幣地位,美國(guó)的巨額赤字才得以彌補(bǔ),美元換財(cái)富的模式才得以持續(xù);而非儲(chǔ)備貨幣國(guó)家的產(chǎn)出、消費(fèi)、經(jīng)常項(xiàng)目和貿(mào)易條件等在長(zhǎng)期都受到負(fù)面沖擊,居民福利下降。為應(yīng)對(duì)"美元霸權(quán)",中國(guó)應(yīng)積極推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化。
[Abstract]:This paper starts from the perspective of war, global imbalances are analyzed. In view of the central role of the dollar as the international reserve currency, the introduction of a national currency, to construct a general equilibrium model between monopolistic competition and sticky prices based on the effects of the reserve currency country fiscal and monetary shocks to global imbalances and his influence the country's economic and welfare. The huge war spending caused by the fiscal deterioration is an important factor affecting the current account deficit. Thanks to the dollar international reserve currency status, America's massive deficit to make up dollars of wealth model was able to continue; instead of reserve currency countries output, consumption, and current account in terms of trade has long been a negative impact of residents welfare decline. In response to the "dollar hegemony", China should actively promote the internationalization of the RMB.
