【摘要】：目前世界范圍內(nèi)形成了以紐約、倫敦為主導(dǎo)的全球金融中心,新加坡、香港也開(kāi)始躋身國(guó)際金融中心之列,這些金融中心改善了當(dāng)?shù)丶爸苓厖^(qū)域的投資環(huán)境也降低了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的交易成本,為技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、人力等資源的流入奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ),從而形成了經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融互動(dòng)發(fā)展的良好格局。 從國(guó)內(nèi)來(lái)看,經(jīng)濟(jì)保持著平穩(wěn)較快的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,經(jīng)濟(jì)總量已躍居世界第二,國(guó)內(nèi)城市對(duì)金融資源的爭(zhēng)奪也開(kāi)始變得異常激烈,各大經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度較高的中心城市紛紛提出建設(shè)國(guó)際金融中心或區(qū)域金融中心的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。與此同時(shí),中國(guó)的城市化水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚化水平也呈上升趨勢(shì),國(guó)內(nèi)的金融業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了蓬勃發(fā)展的良好格局,金融業(yè)的地理版圖也在悄然發(fā)生著變化。隨著各大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)金融發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施,金融要素也開(kāi)始向這些經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)中心聚集,人們開(kāi)始逐漸將目光轉(zhuǎn)向金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚現(xiàn)象和金融集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所起到的作用。 本文綜合主客觀各類(lèi)影響因素,建立了一套較為可行的金融集聚程度衡量指標(biāo)體系,深入探討了金融集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的空間溢出作用,以期更加科學(xué)地從地理區(qū)位方面研究金融發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響作用,為各個(gè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融發(fā)展提供理論建議。 文章首先梳理了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚產(chǎn)生的理論淵源,分析了金融集聚的定義與國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)金融集聚的理論,概括了金融集聚對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的溢出作用和作用機(jī)制,確定了文章的主要研究方法。 文章總結(jié)了我國(guó)當(dāng)前金融業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及特征,對(duì)于金融集聚產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)外動(dòng)因、形成的基礎(chǔ)和過(guò)程進(jìn)行了概括與分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章提出了構(gòu)建衡量金融集聚程度的指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)遵循的原則,從經(jīng)濟(jì)總量,金融發(fā)展情況和政府政策三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)我國(guó)各個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域的金融集聚情況進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。引入了空間計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)方法,對(duì)我國(guó)金融集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的局域溢出作用與全局溢出作用進(jìn)行了計(jì)量檢驗(yàn),并建立了空間模型,從以銀行、保險(xiǎn)和證券三個(gè)方面的發(fā)展指標(biāo)為解釋變量,GDP為被解釋變量建立了空間自相關(guān)和空間誤差模型,從而計(jì)算出了銀行、保險(xiǎn)和證券業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展溢出作用的大小。 通過(guò)理論和實(shí)證研究表明,我國(guó)金融集聚程度最高的地區(qū)集中在沿海地區(qū),而且金融集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有一定的空間溢出效應(yīng),這種效應(yīng)主要表現(xiàn)在銀行業(yè),證券業(yè)和保險(xiǎn)業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的空間溢出作用在統(tǒng)計(jì)上不顯著。 論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有以下兩個(gè)： 1、論文在對(duì)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的概念、產(chǎn)生、特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容、本質(zhì)和影響等進(jìn)行重新界定和歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了衡量金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度的指標(biāo)體系,根據(jù)上證報(bào)告將我國(guó)分成八大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域而不是根據(jù)行政區(qū)域來(lái)進(jìn)行研究,測(cè)定了各大區(qū)域的金融集聚程度。 2、論文從金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的角度研究和驗(yàn)證金融發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系,為傳統(tǒng)的金融發(fā)展理論提供了新的視角。并且采用了空間計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)方法對(duì)金融集聚與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,比時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)和截面數(shù)據(jù)更能準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)量金融集聚發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響作用。
[Abstract]:In the present world formed in New York, a global financial centre, London led Singapore, Hongkong also began to become an international financial center, the financial center and the surrounding area to improve the local investment environment has also reduced the transaction cost, the economic development of technology, economy, has laid a good foundation for the inflow of human resources thus, formed a good pattern of economic and financial development.
From a domestic perspective, the economy maintained steady and rapid development momentum, the economy has been ranked second in the world, the domestic competition for City financial resources is becoming fierce, the strategic goal of central city economic development level higher have proposed the construction of international financial center and regional financial center. At the same time, the level of city agglomeration level and the Chinese industry also showed an upward trend, the domestic financial industry presents a good pattern of vigorous development, geographical map of the financial sector is also quietly changing. With the development and implementation of financial development strategy of major economic zones and special economic zones, financial factors began to gather the economic and industrial center, people began to is gradually turning to the financial industry agglomeration and financial agglomeration effect plays on regional economic development.
The various influencing factors of subjective and objective, to establish a set of feasible financial agglomeration degree index system, in-depth study of the financial agglomeration spatial spillover effect on regional economic development, in order to more scientific research from the geographical location effect of financial development on economic development, and provide theoretical suggestions for the regional economic and financial development.
This paper first reviews the theoretical origin of industrial agglomeration, analyzes the definition of financial agglomeration and the theory of financial agglomeration both at home and abroad, summarizes the spillover effects and mechanism of financial agglomeration on the economy, and identifies the main research methods of the article.
This paper summarizes the status and characteristics of the current development of the financial industry in our country, the internal and external causes of financial agglomeration, summarized and analyzed the foundation and process of formation. On this basis, the paper proposes to build the index system of financial agglomeration should follow the principles, from the total economy, the three aspects of financial development and the government policy to build the index system of financial agglomeration in various economic regions in China were evaluated. Introducing methods of spatial econometrics, the econometric test on local spillover effects and spillover effects of China's global financial agglomeration on regional economic development, and establishes the space model, from a bank. The development index of three aspects of insurance and securities as explanatory variables as explanatory variables, GDP established the spatial autocorrelation and spatial error model to calculate the bank, insurance and The size of the spillover effect of the securities industry on the development of regional economy.
Through theoretical and empirical studies show that the highest degree of China's financial gathering area concentrated in the coastal areas, but also have certain spatial spillover effect of financial agglomeration on regional economic growth, this effect is mainly manifested in the banking industry, securities industry and the insurance industry on the spatial spillover effects of regional economic growth is not significant in statistics.
The main innovative points of this paper are the following two:
1, the concept of the financial industry agglomeration, characteristics, contents, basis of re defined and summed up the essence and influence on the construction of the index system to measure the financial industry agglomeration degree, according to the report will be divided into eight economic regions in China and not according to the administrative area of the region the degree of financial concentration was determined.
2, the paper from the perspective of financial industry cluster research and verification of financial development on economic growth, provides a new perspective for the traditional theory of financial development. And the use of spatial econometric method of financial agglomeration and economic growth are studied, the development effects on the economy than the time series measurement of financial agglomeration the data and section data more accurately.
