【摘要】：在歐美銀行業(yè)尚未從金融危機(jī)中完全走出來，而我國銀行業(yè)又處于蒸蒸日上的背景下，我國大型商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)利用這樣的機(jī)會(huì)，提升跨國經(jīng)營水平，為我國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的提升以及海外企業(yè)提供足夠的金融支持，但是目前其跨國經(jīng)營規(guī)模較小，分布零散，海外機(jī)構(gòu)盈利不高，還難以擔(dān)當(dāng)先行作用。本文以我國大型商業(yè)銀行海外資產(chǎn)規(guī)模為切入點(diǎn)，，基于鄧寧國際生產(chǎn)折衷理論建立模型分析框架，研究我國大型商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營的現(xiàn)狀及主要決定因素。論文首先考慮銀行自身經(jīng)營對其海外經(jīng)營的影響，然后考察國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對其海外擴(kuò)張的影響力，最后對美日銀行業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營中東道國因素經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析，為我國大型商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營東道國區(qū)位選擇時(shí)給予借鑒。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，在我國大型商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營實(shí)證分析中，海外經(jīng)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)與國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)總量對推進(jìn)跨國經(jīng)營有積極的推動(dòng)作用；從美日銀行業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營東道國因素分析中，對我國的啟示是東道國人均生產(chǎn)總值以及非金融業(yè)對東道國的直接投資是決定其設(shè)立機(jī)構(gòu)的重要參考因素。因此在推進(jìn)我國大型商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營過程中，五大行應(yīng)擴(kuò)大海外網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系，合理布局海外分支機(jī)構(gòu)，拓寬海外經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)，同時(shí)積極利用金融改革的機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:In Europe the banking industry has not yet fully come out from the financial crisis, and China's banking is on the upgrade under the background of China's large commercial banks should take advantage of this opportunity, to enhance the level of transnational business, provide financial support enough for international economic status in China and the improvement of overseas enterprises, but the current transnational operation small, scattered, overseas institutions profit is not high, it is difficult to play a leading role. In this paper, China's large commercial banks overseas assets as a starting point, Denning's eclectic theory of international production model is established based on the analysis framework, research status of transnational operation of China's large commercial banks and the main determinants. Firstly, considering the bank's own business impact on the overseas business, and then study the domestic economic factors on its overseas expansion influence at the end of the US Japan banking transnational host country factors The empirical analysis, give the reference for China's large commercial banks the choice of the host location.
The study found that, in the empirical analysis of transnational operation of China's large commercial banks, operating overseas experience and the domestic economy has a positive role in promoting the development of transnational operation; Japan banking transnational operation analysis from the host country factors, the enlightenment to China is the host country per capita GDP and non-financial direct investment to the host country is an important factor to determine the establishment of institutions. In order to promote China's large commercial banks in the process of the five lines should expand overseas network system, reasonable layout of overseas branches, expand overseas business, while actively use financial reform opportunities.
