【摘要】:創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)永恒的話題。隨著利率市場(chǎng)化改革的深度推進(jìn)、資本監(jiān)管的收緊,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的演進(jìn),使得銀行作為社會(huì)融資中介和支付中介的地位面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),中國(guó)銀行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)以息差收入為主要來源的增長(zhǎng)模式將難以持續(xù),迫使我國(guó)的商業(yè)銀行必須加快轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)與盈利模式。而創(chuàng)造最有利于創(chuàng)新的外部環(huán)境和培植創(chuàng)新主體的內(nèi)在創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力,就成為商業(yè)銀行深化改革成功與否的重要問題。本文構(gòu)建了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)理的概念模型,分別從外生因素、內(nèi)生因素所包含的六個(gè)維度,系統(tǒng)論述了我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的形成機(jī)理;并使用動(dòng)態(tài)面板模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,揭示了影響我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的特殊形成機(jī)制;同時(shí),驗(yàn)證了商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)銀行績(jī)效的影響。在理論分析和實(shí)證分析基礎(chǔ)上,探究影響我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的特殊背景和深層次形成原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)其形成機(jī)理,有助于了解我國(guó)銀行業(yè)發(fā)展過程中獨(dú)特的階段性特點(diǎn),從而尋找到能夠促進(jìn)銀行創(chuàng)新能力提升的有效途徑,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)銀行業(yè)發(fā)展方式的成功轉(zhuǎn)型和整體績(jī)效水平的提高。 本文共分為七章。第一章為緒論,第七章為研究結(jié)論與展望。 第二章為相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述。本章對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的回顧和梳理,提出以往研究存在的缺陷和進(jìn)一步研究的方向。 第三章為商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)理的理論分析。本章首先明確了商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的構(gòu)成要素和測(cè)度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo);其次分別從外生因素、內(nèi)生因素所包含的六個(gè)維度:即經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融發(fā)展水平、“紅利效應(yīng)”和銀行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)管所構(gòu)成的外生機(jī)理,以及商業(yè)銀行資源投入、公司治理和“軟實(shí)力”所構(gòu)成的內(nèi)生機(jī)理兩個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)理的概念模型,詳細(xì)論述了我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的形成機(jī)理,并提出研究假設(shè)。 第四章為商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)理的實(shí)證分析。本章對(duì)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)理中可量化的外生因素和內(nèi)生因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果一方面驗(yàn)證了理論假設(shè),另一方面也獲得了一些很具有啟發(fā)意義的結(jié)果。 第五章實(shí)證分析了商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)銀行績(jī)效的影響。本章著重考察在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控條件下商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力與銀行績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系。通過實(shí)證分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)銀行績(jī)效具有顯著的正向影響,而且,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同性質(zhì)銀行之間其創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)績(jī)效的影響也不完全相同。 第六章在理論分析和實(shí)證分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的提升策略和政策建議。 通過上述研究,本文得出的主要研究結(jié)論如下: 1.在我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)制變遷的過程中,影響這一形成過程的因素是多方面的,總體上可以分為兩大類:一是經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融發(fā)展水平、“紅利效應(yīng)”和銀行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)管所構(gòu)成的外生機(jī)理,二是商業(yè)銀行資源投入、公司治理和“軟實(shí)力”所構(gòu)成的內(nèi)生機(jī)理,它們共同作用的結(jié)果構(gòu)成了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的形成機(jī)理。另外,商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的形成是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展的過程,而且演變過程所呈現(xiàn)的階段性特點(diǎn)也較為明顯。 2.定性研究方面;谛袠I(yè)特殊性的巴塞爾協(xié)議Ⅲ等各項(xiàng)監(jiān)管措施和指標(biāo),必然會(huì)影響到商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力。新監(jiān)管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施將有力推動(dòng)銀行業(yè)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型,特別是受資本監(jiān)管的約束,推動(dòng)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)從高資本占用向低資本占用轉(zhuǎn)變,迫使其尋求更加多樣的創(chuàng)新手段以增加贏利能力。此外,商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略管理模式、優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化、鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新的制度、銀行家的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魅力以及流程銀行再造等因素的協(xié)同效應(yīng)體現(xiàn)了商業(yè)銀行的“軟實(shí)力”,這種“軟實(shí)力”也是銀行重要的“生產(chǎn)力”,能夠有效整合銀行內(nèi)部各種資源,從多個(gè)層面促進(jìn)著商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的形成。 3.理論和實(shí)證方面。首先,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在制度變遷過程中,國(guó)民的高儲(chǔ)蓄率使商業(yè)銀行能夠長(zhǎng)期享用改革進(jìn)程中的人口紅利,長(zhǎng)期的利率管制給商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)造出租金的機(jī)會(huì),這些“紅利效應(yīng)”使銀行缺乏創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力。同地,我國(guó)的貨幣化率、金融結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)與銀行創(chuàng)新能力負(fù)相關(guān),反映出我國(guó)投資驅(qū)動(dòng)型為主的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式,經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)與信貸大規(guī)模的投放高度相關(guān),加上貨幣的“超發(fā)”造成銀行信貸的超常增長(zhǎng),貨幣化過程中商業(yè)銀行獨(dú)享的貨幣化紅利,并未提高銀行的創(chuàng)新能力,從而轉(zhuǎn)化為金融配置社會(huì)資源效率的提高和促進(jìn)金融深化。 其次,商業(yè)銀行公司治理在銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)中發(fā)揮著主導(dǎo)作用,良好的治理結(jié)構(gòu)可以提高銀行配置資源的效率,對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力起到促進(jìn)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),合理的股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)能夠促進(jìn)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力,其中第一大股東一股獨(dú)大的負(fù)向作用明顯大于其對(duì)創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)的正向作用:而適度的股權(quán)分散,通過其他股東積極參與銀行治理,可以提高銀行的創(chuàng)新能力。國(guó)家隱性擔(dān)保的存在,使國(guó)有股東背景的銀行能夠在創(chuàng)新方而投入更多的資源,承受更大的創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。董事會(huì)作為銀行治理的核心,我國(guó)銀行董事會(huì)規(guī)模偏大,增加了溝通協(xié)調(diào)成本,降低了決策效率,并未對(duì)創(chuàng)新能力起到促進(jìn)作用。而獨(dú)立董事、監(jiān)事會(huì)制度的作用和獨(dú)立性并未得到充分發(fā)揮。與之相反,合理的高管薪酬激勵(lì)機(jī)制卻能夠明顯改善商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力。 最后,銀行資源投入是創(chuàng)新能力的基礎(chǔ)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新開發(fā)應(yīng)用的范圍效應(yīng)為多產(chǎn)品銀行的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)提供了有力的支持。規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的擴(kuò)張很大程度上是以增設(shè)分支機(jī)構(gòu)的物理渠道建設(shè)來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,但是這種依靠增設(shè)分支機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)量的粗放型規(guī)模擴(kuò)張模式,并不能有效改善創(chuàng)新能力。銀行技術(shù)應(yīng)用可以有效節(jié)約銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,推動(dòng)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型和轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式,電子銀行自然成為未來銀行的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)之一,F(xiàn)階段商業(yè)銀行市場(chǎng)占有率更多的體現(xiàn)為存貸款規(guī)模,銀行獲取的是更多的政策紅利,并不能使銀行的創(chuàng)新能力得到有效改善。此外,人力資本、銀行員工的薪酬激勵(lì)與創(chuàng)新能力正相關(guān),顯示出人才在銀行創(chuàng)新能力提升中的核心促進(jìn)作用。 4.商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)銀行績(jī)效具有顯著的正向影響,銀行可以通過提高創(chuàng)新能力米提升自身的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)。并且,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),股份制及城市商業(yè)銀行與國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)績(jī)效的影響方向相同,但是程度不同,股份制及城市商業(yè)銀行通過提高創(chuàng)新能力來提升經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)的作用更大。 基于我國(guó)銀行創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)理的理論和實(shí)證分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)具有獨(dú)特性和深層次形成原因。據(jù)此,提出更具針對(duì)性的政策建議,可以從實(shí)行市場(chǎng)化的利率定價(jià)機(jī)制和資本集約化的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路,優(yōu)化銀行內(nèi)生資源投入和建立有利于創(chuàng)新的治理機(jī)制,以及加強(qiáng)銀行軟實(shí)力建設(shè)等多個(gè)方面提升銀行業(yè)的整體創(chuàng)新能力水平,這也是我國(guó)銀行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的必由之路。
[Abstract]:Innovation is an eternal topic. Along with the interest rate market reform to promote the depth, capital regulation tightening, and the evolution of economic restructuring, the bank as a financial intermediary and payment intermediary social status is facing severe challenges, the traditional banking Chinese to interest income as the main source of growth will be difficult to continue to force me China's commercial banks must change the traditional mode of operation and profitability. And create the most conducive to accelerate the innovation of the external environment and cultivate innovation within the creative power, and becomes an important problem for commercial banks to deepen the reform of success. This paper constructs the conceptual model of formation mechanism of innovation ability of China's commercial banks, respectively from the exogenous factors in six dimensions, the internal factors contained in the system, discusses the formation mechanism of China's listed commercial banks innovation ability; and the use of dynamic panel models. The empirical analysis reveals the influence of the special formation mechanism of innovation ability of China's commercial banks; at the same time, to verify the ability of innovation of commercial banks on bank performance. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, to explore the special background and deep-seated reasons affect the innovation ability of China's commercial banks, the formation mechanism, help to understand China's banking industry stage features unique development process, in order to find the effective way to promote the innovation ability of the bank, and finally realize the successful transformation of banking development and overall performance.
This article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the seventh chapter is the conclusion and the prospect of the study.
The second chapter is related literature review. This chapter systematically reviews and combs relevant literatures on domestic and foreign commercial banks' innovation capability, and puts forward the shortcomings of previous research and further research directions.
The third chapter is the analysis of the formation mechanism of commercial banking innovation ability theory. This chapter first defines the elements of commercial banking innovation ability and evaluation index; secondly from exogenous factors, six dimensions of endogenous factors included: Economic and financial development level, the exogenous mechanism which dividend effect and banking the risk supervision, commercial banks and investment of resources, building a conceptual model of the formation mechanism of the innovation ability of our commercial bank two aspects of corporate governance mechanisms and the "soft power", discusses the formation mechanism of China's listed commercial banks innovation ability, and puts forward the research hypothesis.
The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the formation mechanism of innovation ability of commercial banks. This chapter of the commercial banking innovation ability formation mechanism of exogenous factors can be quantified and the internal factors of the empirical analysis. The empirical results show the theoretical hypothesis, on the other hand also obtained some very enlightening results.
The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of the influence of ability of innovation of commercial banks on bank performance. This chapter focuses on the relationship between the performance of the innovative capability of commercial banks and bank risk control conditions. Through empirical analysis, the study found a positive impact, innovation ability of commercial bank has significantly on the performance of the bank and found effects between different types of banks the innovation ability of performance is not exactly the same.
The sixth chapter, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, puts forward the strategy and policy suggestions for the innovation ability of commercial banks in China.
Through the above research, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:
1. in the process of innovation ability of China's commercial banks formed mechanism changes in the impact of the formation process of the factors, in general can be divided into two categories: one is the economic and financial development level, the exogenous mechanism which dividend effect and banking risk supervision, two commercial banks resources the composition of investment, corporate governance and the "soft power" of the endogenous mechanism, results of their interaction constitute the formation mechanism of the current stage of China's commercial banks innovation ability. In addition, the formation of commercial banking innovation ability is a dynamic development process, and stage characteristic evolution process is also obvious.
2. aspects of qualitative research. The particularity of the industry Basel accord and other regulatory measures and based on the index, will inevitably affect the innovation ability of commercial bank. The implementation of the new regulatory standards will greatly promote the development of banking industry restructuring, especially the capital regulatory constraints, promote the banking structure from high capital shift to a lower capital, forcing more diverse innovative means to increase the profitability of its search. In addition, the strategic management model of commercial bank innovation, excellent enterprise culture, innovation system, leadership and bankers process reengineering the bank and other factors the synergistic effect of commercial banks reflects the "soft power", is also a kind of "soft power" bank important "productivity", can effectively integrate various resources inside the bank, from the angle of promoting the formation of innovation ability of commercial banks.
3. the theoretical and empirical aspects. First, China's commercial banks in the process of institutional change, the high national savings rate that commercial banks can enjoy long-term reform in the process of demographic dividend, the long-term interest rate control for commercial banks to create rental opportunities, the bonus effect that banks lack innovation power. At the same time, China's currency rate, financial structure index and bank innovation ability negatively, reflecting China's investment driven mainly by the way of economic growth, the rapid growth of the economy and the credit scale on the highly relevant, plus the money "over" caused by the extraordinary growth of bank credit, commercial bank currency monetization bonus in the process of exclusive, did not improve the innovation ability of bank, thereby transforming the financial allocation efficiency of social resources improve and promote financial deepening.
Secondly, the corporate governance of commercial banks in the banking business plays a leading role, good governance structure can improve the efficiency of banks in the allocation of resources, to promote innovation ability. The study found that the reasonable ownership structure can promote the innovation ability of bank, the largest shareholder of shares is significantly greater than the negative effect the positive effect of innovation: moderately dispersed ownership, and actively participate in bank governance by other shareholders, banks can improve the ability of innovation. The state implicit guarantee, banks can make state-owned shareholder background in innovation and devote more resources to bear a greater risk of innovation. The board of directors as the core of Bank Governance the board of directors of the Bank of China, the scale is too large, increase communication and coordination costs, reduce the efficiency of decision-making, not to promote innovation ability. And the independent directors, the board of supervisors The role and independence of the system have not been brought into full play. On the contrary, a reasonable executive compensation incentive mechanism can obviously improve the innovation ability of commercial banks.
Finally, the bank invested resources is the foundation of innovative ability. The study found that provides strong support for innovation and development of the application scope of effect of commercial banks as bank products market competition. The expansion of the scale of economy is largely realized by additional branches of the physical channel construction, but the number of additional branches rely on extensive scale the expansion mode, and can not effectively improve the ability of innovation. Application of banking technology can effectively save the operating costs of banks, promote bank restructuring and transformation of development mode, the electronic banking has become one of the future development trend of the bank. The current market share of commercial banks more reflects the loan scale, the bank acquired is more the dividend policy, and can not make the bank's innovation capacity has been effectively improved. In addition, human capital, salary incentive and shunt bank employees The positive correlation of innovation ability shows the core promotion role of talent in the promotion of bank innovation ability.
4. of the commercial bank innovation ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of the bank, the bank can improve the innovation ability of rice to enhance their business performance. Furthermore, we found that the effect of joint-stock and city commercial banks and state-owned commercial banks innovation on the performance in the same direction, but the degree is different, joint-stock and city commercial banks through improve the ability of innovation to enhance the performance of the more important role.
The theoretical and empirical analysis of the formation mechanism of innovation in China based on the banks, we found that with the formation of the unique and deep reasons. Accordingly, propose more targeted policy recommendations, from the connotation of the market interest rate pricing mechanism and capital intensive development path, the optimization of bank internal resources and the establishment of investment a governance mechanism conducive to innovation, improve the banking industry and strengthen the construction of soft power of banks and other aspects of the overall level of innovation ability, this is the only way which must be passed the transformation of the development pattern of China's banking industry.
