【摘要】:耐用品經(jīng)濟作為國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,為微觀經(jīng)濟理論研究者提供了大量值得研究的問題。在我國,隨著經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,耐用品企業(yè)的供給能力和消費者的消費能力都顯著提升。人們對耐用品的消費經(jīng)歷了從低端到高端,從“老四件”到“新四件”,再到家用轎車以及商品房等高檔耐用消費品的發(fā)展歷程,F(xiàn)在,我國汽車產(chǎn)銷量已經(jīng)連續(xù)幾年占據(jù)世界第一的位置。 雖然我國耐用品產(chǎn)業(yè)在過去三十多年中取得了輝煌的成績,但在新的時期,耐用品產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場環(huán)境正在發(fā)生復雜而深刻的變化,一些新現(xiàn)象和新問題也不斷出現(xiàn),值得我們持續(xù)關(guān)注和研究。比如,長期以來,我國新車主要是通過銷售方式營銷的,但這種狀況正在發(fā)生變化。2009年12月18日,東風日產(chǎn)“易租車”正式露面,“易租車”品牌服務是東風日產(chǎn)以其專營店服務網(wǎng)絡和服務能力為支撐的、針對其購車客戶或潛在的購車客戶提供的汽車租賃服務。在2010年,一汽-大眾奧迪、北京奔馳以及寶馬汽車等豪車品牌也相繼進軍汽車租賃市場。另外,隨著社會生產(chǎn)力水平的提升,大多數(shù)耐用品的供給由短缺逐步轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫^剩,消費者的選擇權(quán)力越來越大,因此不同類型消費者在購物選擇時行為的差異性也明顯地表現(xiàn)出來。 針對我國耐用品產(chǎn)業(yè)出現(xiàn)的新現(xiàn)象和新問題,本文從消費者效用角度出發(fā),以新耐用品租賃問題為研究對象,研究單一產(chǎn)品與多產(chǎn)品系列、信息對稱與信息不對稱以及壟斷與寡頭競爭時的相關(guān)問題。全文由五個部分和結(jié)論與展望部分組成。 (1)本文的研究意義和國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。 在本部分,首先分析了現(xiàn)實耐用品市場環(huán)境的變化趨勢,指出了本文的研究背景和意義;隨后,較為全面地回顧了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)耐用品問題研究的成果,并指出了已有研究中存在的有待進一步深入研究的問題,同時介紹了論文的研究目標和研究的基本內(nèi)容。 (2)耐用品企業(yè)租賃單一耐用品時的定價問題研究。 在本部分的研究中,首先從效用角度出發(fā),通過消費者租賃選擇行為分析,得到不同類型消費者的租賃情況。隨后,運用動態(tài)規(guī)劃思想,研究了耐用品企業(yè)在兩個周期上的定價決策問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進一步研究了耐用品企業(yè)租賃時如何處理舊耐用品對新耐用品替代競爭影響的問題等。 (3)耐用品企業(yè)租賃兩種不同質(zhì)量耐用品時的定價問題研究。 本部分考慮耐用品企業(yè)同時租賃兩種不同質(zhì)量的新耐用品,因此在第二期時,消費者將有四種不同質(zhì)量的耐用品可選擇。通過對消費者租賃選擇行為的分析,得到不同質(zhì)量價格組合的耐用品自動將消費者分為不同類型群體組合的結(jié)論。隨后,研究了耐用品企業(yè)的最優(yōu)租賃定價決策問題并分析其特征。 (4)信息不對稱時耐用品企業(yè)租賃定價問題研究。 本部分考慮耐用品企業(yè)與消費者對舊耐用品質(zhì)量信息不對稱,且新耐用品租賃價格在兩個周期上動態(tài)變化時,研究了耐用品企業(yè)租賃與逆向選擇的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對研究的問題進一步進行了算例分析。 (5)雙寡頭耐用品企業(yè)租賃定價問題研究。 本部分考慮兩個耐用品租賃企業(yè)擁有較大的市場話語權(quán),且他們向消費者提供的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不同時,研究了雙寡頭耐用品租賃企業(yè)在兩周期上動態(tài)博弈的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過MATLAB仿真,進一步分析了耐用度以及競爭強度對雙寡頭耐用品企業(yè)博弈均衡的影響。
[Abstract]:Durable goods economy as an important part of the national economy, provide a lot of problems worthy of study for the study of micro economic theory. In our country, with the rapid development of economy, durable goods enterprises supply capacity and consumer ability are significantly improved. People of durable goods consumption experienced from low-end to high-end, from "fourth" to "new", and then to the family car and real estate and other high-end consumer durable goods development. Now, China's automobile production and sales has for several years to occupy the first position in the world.
Although China's durable goods industry in the past thirty years has made brilliant achievements, but in the new period, durable goods industry market environment is undergoing complex and profound changes, some new phenomena and new problems are emerging, worthy of our continued attention and research. For example, for a long time, China's new car is mainly by way of selling marketing, but this situation is changing.2009 in December 18th, Dongfeng Nissan "easy car" official, "easy car" brand service is Nissan franchise stores to its service network and service capabilities to support, according to the Car Buying customer or potential Car Buying provide in car rental services. In 2010, FAW - Volkswagen Audi, Beijing Benz and BMW and other luxury car brands have also entered the car rental market. In addition, with the level of social productivity, the most durable goods for The shortage of consumers is becoming more and more power from shortage to excess. Therefore, the behavioral differences between different types of consumers are obvious.
According to the new situation and problems of our goods industry appeared resistant, this article from the perspective of consumer utility, with new durable goods leasing problem as the research object, research on single product and multi product series, symmetric information and asymmetric information and the related question of monopoly and oligopoly competition when the problem. The thesis consists of five parts and the conclusion and prospect part.
(1) the significance of the study and the status of the research at home and abroad.
In this part, firstly analyzes the change trend of durable goods market environment, points out the research background and significance; then, comprehensively reviews the results of research on the problem of durable goods at home and abroad, and points out the further research of the problems existing in the research, and introduces the basic contents and objectives the Research of this dissertation.
(2) study on pricing of durable goods for durable goods in durable goods enterprises.
In the present study, first of all from the utility perspective, through consumer behavior analysis by leasing leasing options, different types of consumers. Subsequently, the use of dynamic programming of durable goods enterprises in the two cycle of the pricing decision problem. On this basis, further research on how old durable goods of new resistance the effects of competition issues such as alternative products processing durable goods leasing companies.
(3) a study on the pricing of two durable goods and durable goods for durable goods enterprises.
This part considers the durable goods enterprises at the same time lease of two different quality of new durable goods, so in the second stage, consumers will have four kinds of durable goods of different quality can be selected. Through the analysis of consumer lease choice behavior, different combination of quality and price of durable goods will be automatically divided into combination of different types of consumer groups conclusion study on the resistance. Then, optimal lease pricing decision problem goods enterprises and analyzes its characteristics.
(4) research on renting pricing of durable goods enterprises when information asymmetry is asymmetric.
This part considers the enterprise and the consumer durables goods quality of the old resistance of asymmetric information, and the new durable goods rental price changes in the two periods, the durable goods leasing companies and the adverse selection problem. On the basis of further research problems is analyzed.
(5) research on renting pricing of duopoly durable goods enterprises.
This part considers two durable goods leasing companies have a larger market right to speak, and they offer the consumer product quality at the same time, the duopoly durable goods leasing companies in the two period dynamic game problem. On this basis, through the MATLAB simulation, further analysis of the durability and strength of competition influence enterprise game activities the resistance equilibrium of duopoly.
