【摘要】:中國于2001年11月10日正式加入世貿(mào)組織。五年過后,很多外資銀行在我國S蔚孟嗟鵲匚緩橢泄桃狄姓箍侵�。外资进葨V諧。諧』降奶嶸�,都能够促使我国商业银行峨s誥苤品矯嫻牟蝗范ㄐ源幼縈牒嵯蚍矯娼徊皆鑾俊V蠾商業(yè)銀行需要應(yīng)對強勁的挑戰(zhàn)。我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)一個標志性的案例就是,在此年的3月,愛立信南京企業(yè)把它的貸款從中國商業(yè)銀行南京分行轉(zhuǎn)存了才邁向中國市場花旗銀行。我們把此項舉動叫做“愛立信倒戈花旗”,它被認為是中P1進入WT0以后,金融市場發(fā)生的巨大地震。同年4月18日,中國民生銀行首先開始了應(yīng)對外資銀行的反擊。一下實行了買方付息貼現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)、民生網(wǎng)等4種新的業(yè)務(wù)活動。 同R,北京麥當勞、南方航空公司以及很多中外大型企業(yè)便和民生銀行簽署了合同�?梢赃@樣認為,革新關(guān)系到中國商業(yè)銀行能否獲得新生。比較與世界上的發(fā)達國家銀行,我們欠缺的+全是市場,也并非都是技術(shù),我們儼然在很大程度上關(guān)注并且具備產(chǎn)品革新的核心競爭水平,我們?nèi)缃袂啡钡母噢r(nóng)現(xiàn)為對于銀行的經(jīng)營模式上。 跟外資銀行對比,,我國的銀行管理人員的管理觀念十分的守舊與落后,巨大并且不靈巧的組織布局,一定程度上阻礙了人的主動的發(fā)揮,種種的原因最終形成了我國商業(yè)銀行又好又快運營的障礙。導致了我國銀行在面對著外界環(huán)境的改變,無從快速的應(yīng)對市場的競爭,不能夠快速高效的應(yīng)對市場的變化,以至于降低了商業(yè)銀行的系統(tǒng)競爭水平,并且和實際概念上的現(xiàn)代銀行存在著[」:大的距離。因此,我H的商業(yè)銀行要在激烈的競爭中獲得主動性和提高市場競爭力,那么經(jīng)營管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)變已成為發(fā)展的必然趨勢。 在全文的探討中,采用的研究方式主要是: (1)多學科相聯(lián)合的方法。本文在研究問題時,從經(jīng)濟學、管理學、銀行經(jīng)營管理學等多種學科借用含義以及理論,把商業(yè)銀行的效率以及管理制度的革新結(jié)合在一起從而開展探究活動。 (2)系統(tǒng)分析法。本文在探索問題時,堅持把銀行組織看作經(jīng)濟金融大體系里的一個子分支,著重指出當大系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生變化,子系統(tǒng)要盡快的去應(yīng)對這些改變。 (3)辯證分析法。本文采用的是辯證邏輯的方法以研究我國商業(yè)銀行在經(jīng)營模式轉(zhuǎn)變過程中存在的問題及其原因。 (1)案例分析法。本文根據(jù)國外眾多銀行先進管理模式的個例探索,向我國的銀行管理模式開展了思考,進一步指出具有借鑒性的影響。 (5)規(guī)范分析以及實證分析聯(lián)合。此為探索經(jīng)濟問題通常懫用的辦法之一。本文根據(jù)對我國商業(yè)銀行現(xiàn)實情形的調(diào)查,合理地分析與論證了我H商業(yè)銀行管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變過程中面臨的難題,從而尋求解決問題的方法。 全文的主要邏輯是:界定所提出問題的概念、范圍,提出問題,研究問題,論證問題。從內(nèi)容上看可分為六章,第一章總論,主要說明選題背景及其現(xiàn)實意義,同時說明論文的核心概念和研究方法,并簡要介紹論文內(nèi)容及結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變的概述。通過研究商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展歷程,結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行這一獨特行為主體,對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理模式概念加以闡述,對于商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理制度轉(zhuǎn)變的意義和進程^u展分析。第三章闡述我國商業(yè)銀行在經(jīng)營管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變下的發(fā)展狀況,從中歸納總結(jié)商業(yè)銀行在模式轉(zhuǎn)變過程中存在的問題,并分析其存在的深層原因。第四章,我國商處銀行在經(jīng)營管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變中的新思考。根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,嘗試通過對國外同行業(yè)先進的經(jīng)營管理案例中探索適合我國商業(yè)銀行適應(yīng)金融業(yè)發(fā)展大趨勢的對策。第五章,對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理模式轉(zhuǎn)型給出建議。第六章,指出本文論述的不足之處,并對我國商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理模式轉(zhuǎn)型進行展望。
