【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務效益是衡量商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展水平的重要標志之一。我國商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務發(fā)展與世界經(jīng)濟形勢變化密切相關,國內(nèi)金融業(yè)由于受到國際經(jīng)濟衰退的沖擊,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務量大幅下降,J銀行北京市分行國際業(yè)務面對著來自于外資銀行和國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的激烈競爭。如何適應形勢的變化,在競爭中求發(fā)展,作者利用調(diào)研掌握的部分主要銀行的準確資料作為研究數(shù)據(jù),運用波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析等戰(zhàn)略管理和相關商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理理論,深入探討了國外商業(yè)銀行國際化競爭和國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務競爭的現(xiàn)狀與特點,分析了J銀行北京市分行面臨的國際國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟形勢,在國際業(yè)務中的競爭態(tài)勢和三種主要競爭形式的特點,明確了在競爭中自身的優(yōu)、劣勢,以及在市場競爭中的定位和贏得競爭的關鍵問題,提出了J銀行北京市分行國際業(yè)務競爭戰(zhàn)略的構(gòu)想、競爭戰(zhàn)略的總體思路、目標和發(fā)展方向,結(jié)合實例論述了構(gòu)成國際業(yè)務競爭戰(zhàn)略五個組成部分中的關鍵要素和優(yōu)化策略等新的觀點,提出的總體目標三步走戰(zhàn)略以及建立規(guī)劃與決策智能分析系統(tǒng)、推進銀行新型鏈式聯(lián)動營銷、加快組織和業(yè)務流程再造(成立單證中心)、實行基于內(nèi)部收益轉(zhuǎn)移計價的業(yè)績考核模式以及加快金融資源全球網(wǎng)絡建設等設想,構(gòu)成了J銀行北京市分行國際業(yè)務“要素優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略”,為J銀行北京市分行國際業(yè)務競爭總體戰(zhàn)略的制定和實施,提供了較有力的支撐。為保證競爭戰(zhàn)略的順利實現(xiàn),提出了充分發(fā)揮“要素優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略”的頂推作用、緊緊抓住客戶資源這一生存之本、把握與外資銀行合作的機遇、優(yōu)化人才隊伍、重視軟環(huán)境建設、健全競爭戰(zhàn)略適度調(diào)整機制等近遠期策略。展望了通過出臺國際業(yè)務重點產(chǎn)品定位研發(fā)指南,制定國際業(yè)務風險控制政策,以及產(chǎn)品品牌增值業(yè)務創(chuàng)新辦法等,進一步深化國際業(yè)務競爭戰(zhàn)略研究的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:The benefit of international business of commercial banks is one of the important symbols to measure the level of international development of commercial banks. The development of international business of commercial banks in China is closely related to the changes of the world economic situation. Due to the impact of the international economic recession, the international business volume of domestic commercial banks has dropped sharply. The international business of Bank J Beijing Branch is facing fierce competition from foreign banks and domestic commercial banks. How to adapt to the changes of the situation and seek development in the competition. The author uses the accurate data of some major banks as the research data, and uses the Porter's five-force analysis model to analyze the strategic management and the relevant commercial bank management theory. This paper probes into the current situation and characteristics of the international competition of foreign commercial banks and the international business competition of domestic commercial banks, and analyzes the international and domestic economic situation that J Bank Beijing Branch is facing. The competitive situation in the international business and the characteristics of the three main forms of competition clarify the advantages and disadvantages in the competition as well as the key issues of positioning and winning the competition in the market competition. This paper puts forward the conception of international business competition strategy of J Bank Beijing Branch, the overall idea, goal and development direction of competition strategy. Combined with an example, this paper discusses the key elements and optimization strategies of the five components of the international business competition strategy, and puts forward the overall goal three-step strategy and the establishment of an intelligent analysis system for planning and decision-making. Promote the new chain marketing of banks, accelerate the organization and business process reengineering (set up document center, implement the performance appraisal model based on internal income transfer valuation, and accelerate the construction of global network of financial resources, etc. It constitutes the "factor optimization strategy" for the international business of J Bank Beijing Branch, which is the formulation and implementation of the overall strategy for the international business competition of J Bank Beijing Branch. In order to ensure the smooth realization of competitive strategy, the author puts forward to give full play to the pushing role of "factor optimization strategy", and firmly grasp the survival of customer resources. Grasp the opportunity of cooperation with foreign banks, optimize the talent team, attach importance to the construction of soft environment, perfect the mechanism of appropriate adjustment of competitive strategy and other short-term and long-term strategies. To make the international business risk control policy and product brand value-added business innovation methods to further deepen the development prospects of international business competition strategy research.
