【摘要】: 在我國加入WTO后,中間業(yè)務(wù)作為外資銀行的強(qiáng)項(xiàng),由于具有低成本、低風(fēng)險、高收益的特點(diǎn),已成為他們進(jìn)軍中國市場爭奪的重點(diǎn)。而這一業(yè)務(wù)恰恰是中資商業(yè)銀行的“軟肋”。面對8次降息造成的存貸利差縮小、融資證券化對生存空間的壓縮、傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險的加大以及入世后外資銀行的激烈競爭,中間業(yè)務(wù)將是我國商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和收入提升的重要著眼點(diǎn),更是加入世貿(mào)組織后與外資銀行競爭的主要目標(biāo)。盡管我國商業(yè)銀行在發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)方面已取得一定的成果,但與外資銀行相比差距較大,到目前為止,仍不能擺脫中間業(yè)務(wù)品種不多、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力差、技術(shù)含量低,難以滿足市場需求的變化。這里面不僅有歷史體制的原因,還有商業(yè)銀行自身經(jīng)營的缺陷。隨著國際金融市場一體化的深入發(fā)展以及我國加入世界貿(mào)易組織后金融業(yè)的全面開放,發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)是我國商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的必然要求,也是我國商業(yè)銀行參與國際競爭,抵御風(fēng)險、提高經(jīng)營能力的需要,更是我國商業(yè)銀行長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展、走向全球的必經(jīng)之路。 本文從城市商業(yè)銀行的定義和特征出發(fā),總結(jié)歸納了我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的背景、現(xiàn)狀以及中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢、存在的問題,并通過SWOT模型對城市商業(yè)銀行與外資銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)市場競爭力進(jìn)行比較,指出了目前我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的總體戰(zhàn)略,并給出了我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性措施。文章指出,轉(zhuǎn)變中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展意識、明確市場定位、強(qiáng)化內(nèi)控風(fēng)險管理、規(guī)范中間業(yè)務(wù)收費(fèi)、加快人才培養(yǎng)和技術(shù)支持、建立完善的中間業(yè)務(wù)體系、加強(qiáng)中間業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)控監(jiān)管等是促進(jìn)我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的重要要素。本文的結(jié)論對城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀及未來探討有著重要的借鑒意義。 按照邏輯關(guān)系,將本文研究的主要內(nèi)容規(guī)劃為五章: 論文第一章為導(dǎo)論。本章主要分析論文選題的背景,確定論文的研究目的和意義,并在國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)評述的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出本文研究方案。 論文第二章為我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)背景分析。本章主要界定城市商業(yè)銀行概念,闡述了城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展特征,在分析城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展背景、現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的和值得研究的主要問題。 論文第三章為我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)SWOT分析。本章主要運(yùn)用了SWOT分析模型,對我國城市商業(yè)銀行和外資銀行在優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)等四個方面進(jìn)行了深度的比較分析,指出了我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展宜采用的戰(zhàn)略方向。 論文第四章為我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略分析。在借鑒國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本文關(guān)于我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的SWOT分析評價結(jié)果,本章分析我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的總體戰(zhàn)略及競爭戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略,明確城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。并運(yùn)用安索夫矩陣對備選戰(zhàn)略方案進(jìn)行分析評價,設(shè)計(jì)出我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的競爭戰(zhàn)略。 論文第五章為促進(jìn)城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性措施。圍繞解決我國城市商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,戰(zhàn)略角度提出九個方面的對策和建議。 本文研究得出以下重要結(jié)論和建議: 1.中間業(yè)務(wù)己成為包括我國城市商業(yè)銀行在內(nèi)的各層次銀行競相發(fā)展的支柱業(yè)務(wù)之一。本文通過對城市商業(yè)銀行和外資銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)市場競爭力進(jìn)行SWOT分析比較,指出城市商業(yè)銀行在網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、客戶資源、宏觀市場環(huán)境以及法律法規(guī)等方面具有一定的發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)勢,外資銀行在融資成本、產(chǎn)品本土化等方面仍有較大困難,城市商業(yè)銀行可利用比較優(yōu)勢發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)。 2.運(yùn)用安索夫矩陣對我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)競爭戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行評價表明,產(chǎn)品延伸競爭戰(zhàn)略是我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的最佳選擇。因此,城市商業(yè)銀行重視目標(biāo)市場研究,創(chuàng)新和提供有特色產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)來開發(fā)目標(biāo)市場,管理客戶資源。 3.在上述分析評價的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者從城市商業(yè)銀行以及政府角度分別提出促進(jìn)中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的措施建議。城市商業(yè)銀行一方面要轉(zhuǎn)變意識,明確市場定位,強(qiáng)化內(nèi)控風(fēng)險管理,另一方面要加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng),加大技術(shù)支持,完善中間業(yè)務(wù)體系。而政府一要加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險和監(jiān)管,另外還要規(guī)范中間業(yè)務(wù)收費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:After China joined WTO, intermediate business as a foreign bank's strengths, due to its low cost, low risk, high income, has become the focus of the market for them to enter the Chinese. And this is precisely the business of Chinese commercial banks "weakness". In the face of 8 cuts caused by the savings and loan spreads narrowed, securities financing compression of the living space, and increase the risk of fierce competition after entering the WTO, foreign banks traditional business, intermediary business will be China's commercial banking business development and income increase an important focus, is the main goal to join the WTO after competing with the foreign banks. Although China's commercial banks have made certain achievements in the development of intermediary business, but with foreign banks compared to the larger gap, so far, still can not get rid of intermediate business varieties, product innovation ability, technical content is low, it is difficult to meet the city The market demand changes. There is not only the historical and institutional reasons, there are defects in their own business. With the opening of the further development of international financial market integration and China's accession to the WTO and the financial industry, the development of intermediary business is the inevitable requirement of the structural adjustment of China's commercial banking business, but also China's commercial banks to participate in the international competition, to resist risks, the need to improve the operational capacity, but also the long-term development of China's commercial banks, the only way which must be passed to go global.
This paper from the definition and characteristics of city commercial banks, summarizes the development of intermediate business of China's city commercial banks in the background, current situation and development trend of the intermediate business, existing problems, and the city commercial banks and foreign banks intermediate business market competitiveness through the comparison of the SWOT model, the author points out the strategic development of the intermediary business of our commercial city the bank's overall current, and gives the strategic measures of intermediate business of Chinese city commercial bank development. The article pointed out that the transformation of the intermediate business development consciousness, clear market positioning, strengthen internal control and risk management, standardize the intermediary business fees, speeding up the cultivation of talents and technology, establish and perfect the intermediary business system, strengthen supervision and regulation of the intermediary business is an important factor to promote the development of China's city commercial banks. The conclusion of this paper on the present situation of the intermediate business of city commercial banks and the future The discussion has important reference significance.
According to the logical relationship, the main contents of this study are planned to be five chapters.
The first chapter is introduction. This chapter mainly analyzes the background of the topic selection, determines the purpose and significance of the paper, and designs the research plan based on the dynamic review of the research at home and abroad.
The second chapter is the analysis of China's city commercial bank middle business background. This chapter mainly defines the concept of city commercial banks, the city commercial bank development characteristics, on the basis of analyzing the background of city commercial bank intermediary business development, based on the current situation and trend, reveals the development of intermediate business of Chinese commercial banks in the city and is worth studying the main problem.
The third chapter is the analysis of the development of China's city commercial bank middle business SWOT. This chapter mainly uses the SWOT analysis model of China's city commercial banks and foreign banks in the four aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges are analyzed in depth, points out the strategic direction of the development of intermediary business in our commercial city the bank should be adopted.
The fourth chapter is the overall strategy of Chinese city commercial bank intermediary business development analysis. On the basis of international experience and relevant research at home and abroad, this paper combined with SWOT on the development of China's city commercial bank middle business analysis of the evaluation results, this chapter analyzes the intermediary business of commercial banks in our country the development of the city and the overall strategy and competition strategy functional strategy, clear the city commercial bank intermediary business development goals. And the use of alternative strategies for Ansoff matrix analysis and evaluation, design of intermediate business of commercial banks in the development of China's city competitive strategy.
The fifth chapter is a strategic measure to promote the development of intermediary business in city commercial banks. Based on the main problems existing in the development of intermediary businesses in China's urban commercial banks, the paper puts forward nine countermeasures and suggestions from the strategic point of view.
This paper studies the following important conclusions and suggestions:
1. intermediary business has become one of the pillars of business including city commercial banks in China, the level of banks. Based on the development of city commercial banks and foreign banks intermediate business market competitiveness analysis and comparison of SWOT, pointed out that the city commercial bank customer resources in the network, and has certain advantages on the development of intermediate business macro market environment and legal regulations, foreign banks in the financing cost, product localization and other aspects are still difficult, city commercial banks can use the comparative advantage of the development of intermediate business.
2. the use of Ansoff matrix to evaluate the development of China's city commercial bank intermediary business competitive strategy shows that the extended product competition strategy is the best choice of intermediate business of commercial banks in our country the development of the city. Therefore, city commercial banks pay more attention to the target market research, innovation and provide unique products and services to the development of the target market, customer resource management.
3. in the above analysis on the basis of the evaluation, the author from the perspective of city commercial banks and the government are put forward measures and suggestions of promoting the development of intermediary business of city commercial banks. On the one hand to change consciousness, clear market positioning, strengthen internal control and risk management, on the other hand to strengthen personnel training, strengthen technical support, improve the system of government and intermediary business. To strengthen risk management and supervision, in addition to standard intermediate business charge.
