【摘要】：正 長期以來,少數(shù)民族的戀愛、婚姻、家庭問題是一個(gè)頗具吸引力的主題。但對(duì)此真正從社會(huì)制度和法律制度的角度來研究的學(xué)術(shù)著作,為數(shù)極少。法律出版社出版、由已故著名法學(xué)家楊懷英教授與他人合著的《滇西南邊疆少數(shù)民族婚姻家庭制度與法的研究》一書,率先對(duì)上述問題從法的領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了理論探索。作者通過親臨實(shí)地,考察滇西南邊疆少數(shù)民族婚姻家庭、財(cái)產(chǎn)繼承等制度的歷史和現(xiàn)狀,在獲得大量極為可貴的第一手資料的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)少數(shù)民族婚姻家庭繼承制度與法的演變進(jìn)行了開創(chuàng)性的理論探索,給人以耳目一新之感。該書主要研究探索了以下問題: 其一,關(guān)于愛情的本質(zhì)和起源問題。作者在闡
[Abstract]:For a long time, ethnic minority love, marriage, family problems is a very attractive theme. But there are very few academic works really studied from the angle of social system and legal system.
