【摘要】：婚姻自由是我國婚姻法的首要原則,也是我國憲法賦予公民的一項(xiàng)基本權(quán)利。本文論述了婚姻自由的概念和內(nèi)容,婚姻自由的歷史進(jìn)程,我國現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中違法婚姻自由原則的現(xiàn)象,我國婚姻自由原則的法律保護(hù),對現(xiàn)實(shí)有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Freedom of marriage is the first principle of our country's marriage law, and it is also a basic right given by our country's constitution. This paper discusses the concept and content of freedom of marriage, the historical process of freedom of marriage, the phenomenon of illegal freedom of marriage in the real life of our country, and the legal protection of the principle of freedom of marriage in our country, which is of guiding significance to reality.
