【摘要】：基于CHNS數(shù)據(jù),采用模糊斷點(diǎn)回歸方法檢驗(yàn)女性婚齡與婚姻穩(wěn)定性之間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),女性婚齡與婚姻穩(wěn)定性之間不存在顯著的因果效應(yīng),加入子女性別、子女?dāng)?shù)量以及夫妻共同居住變量也沒有顯著改變系數(shù)結(jié)果。因此,修改《婚姻法》的法定婚齡在目前看來沒有必要。
[Abstract]:Based on CHNS data, fuzzy breakpoint regression method was used to test the relationship between marriage age and marriage stability. It was found that there was no significant effect of causality between marriage age and marital stability, and that the gender of children, the number of children and the cohabitation of husband and wife had no significant change coefficient. Therefore, it is not necessary to amend the legal age of marriage in the Marriage Law.
