隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和改革開放的不斷深化,尤其是中國(guó)加入WTO以來,對(duì)外貿(mào)易往來日益頻繁,保證商務(wù)活動(dòng)得以順利進(jìn)行的媒介——商務(wù)合同的簽訂則顯得必不可少,因此商務(wù)合同翻譯質(zhì)量的高低尤為重要。對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展使得研究商務(wù)英語(yǔ)翻譯的學(xué)者日漸增多,但將商務(wù)合同翻譯的研究作為專門研究對(duì)象的學(xué)者少之又少。在這些僅有的研究著作或文章中,有從文體學(xué)角度進(jìn)行研究的,也有從系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)法視角進(jìn)行研究的,還有從功能對(duì)等理論視角進(jìn)行研究的。研究者們從不同的方面提出了許多有指導(dǎo)性的翻譯方法和翻譯策略,但并僅有幾篇文章是從德國(guó)功能翻譯理論的角度研究商務(wù)合同翻譯的,因此作者嘗試從德國(guó)功能翻譯理論的視角出發(fā),旨在探討是否在德國(guó)功能翻譯理論指導(dǎo)下能有更好的商務(wù)合同的漢譯。與其他相關(guān)的文章不同的是,文章先從詞匯、句法和文體三方面的分析概括出中英文商務(wù)合同的特點(diǎn),并揭示商務(wù)合同翻譯的功能,然后分析影響商務(wù)合同漢譯的因素,將此理論應(yīng)用于商務(wù)合同的漢譯,總結(jié)出漢譯的策略,最后以商務(wù)合同中的一種——采購(gòu)合同作為具體研究對(duì)象,分析其翻譯綱要,找出具體翻譯方法,以此作為參考,指導(dǎo)各種不同商務(wù)合同的漢譯。本文得出的結(jié)論是,德國(guó)功能...
