經(jīng)濟全球化的深入發(fā)展使各國聯(lián)系日益緊密,中外合作的項目數(shù)量也不斷增多。在工程領域,中國積極深入?yún)⒓訃H分工,將一些風險較大、技術含量高的重大工程項目實行國際公開招標。作為建設工程項目文件中最為重要的部分,工程標書的合同條款是典型的信息型文本,包括了標書中涉及的各方的具體分工和職責,工期計劃及進度,工程質量控制,驗收標準等。對其客觀且準確的翻譯與我國企業(yè)維護自身權利息息相關。本報告節(jié)選了工程標書的專用合同條款漢譯英翻譯作為論文研究對象。工程標書的專用合同條款涵蓋多個領域的專業(yè)詞匯且用詞正式、準確,實現(xiàn)專業(yè)術語和半專業(yè)術語的對等翻譯以及正式用語在中英兩種語言中的自然準確的轉換,是兩大翻譯難點。本研究報告將源文本中出現(xiàn)的詞匯作為案例,集中從詞匯層面來探析對專用合同條款的翻譯。采用相應具體的翻譯方法來解決翻譯實踐中的問題,比如使用對等術語、直譯實現(xiàn)專業(yè)詞匯的還原,使用書面詞、并置結構、名詞化結構、古體詞等翻譯方法增強語體的正式性。報告的最后對翻譯實踐的整個過程進行了總結,基于專用合同條款屬于信息型文本這一特點,筆者認為準確、簡要地傳達信息是翻譯的主要原則。同時,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)了自身翻譯能力的不足,在...
