國(guó)際銷(xiāo)售合同翻譯中的語(yǔ)域特征研究

  自二十世紀(jì)后半期以來(lái),世界見(jiàn)證了經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化與國(guó)際貿(mào)易及投資的飛速發(fā)展。國(guó)際商務(wù)合同作為國(guó)際商務(wù)溝通中的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),通過(guò)制定相關(guān)條款以指導(dǎo)整個(gè)交易過(guò)程。本文旨在語(yǔ)域理論的框架下,研究國(guó)際銷(xiāo)售合同語(yǔ)場(chǎng)、語(yǔ)旨及語(yǔ)式三方面的語(yǔ)域特征,進(jìn)而探索此理論在國(guó)際銷(xiāo)售合同英語(yǔ)漢譯中的應(yīng)用。本文采用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)運(yùn)用Ant Conc和SPSS等專(zhuān)業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,對(duì)40篇國(guó)際銷(xiāo)售合同進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析——分別從詞匯選擇、情態(tài)及銜接手段的應(yīng)用得出其詞匯、語(yǔ)法及語(yǔ)篇特征。根據(jù)合同英語(yǔ)在詞匯——語(yǔ)法層面上的語(yǔ)言特色,英譯漢過(guò)程中需遵循正式嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、準(zhǔn)確通順的翻譯準(zhǔn)則。本研究同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)際銷(xiāo)售合同英語(yǔ)具有典型的專(zhuān)門(mén)用途英語(yǔ)的特征,在語(yǔ)域選擇及語(yǔ)言使用特色上明顯區(qū)別于普通英語(yǔ),這也要求譯者在進(jìn)行合同英語(yǔ)漢譯時(shí)注意實(shí)現(xiàn)源語(yǔ)與目標(biāo)語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)域?qū)Φ取?nbsp;
