【摘要】：勞務(wù)派遣用工形式是人力資源管理的重要組成部分,在促進(jìn)就業(yè)、勞動用工形式多樣化等方面發(fā)揮著獨特的功能和作用;但是伴隨著勞務(wù)派遣用工形式的不斷發(fā)展,在使用過程中存在一些問題。本文就在《勞動合同法》和《勞務(wù)派遣暫行規(guī)定》的頒布實施的形勢下,國有企業(yè)的派遣用工如何轉(zhuǎn)型和替代,如何防范風(fēng)險和規(guī)范措施作些思考和探索。
[Abstract]:The form of labor dispatch is an important part of human resource management, which plays a unique role in promoting employment and diversification of labor forms, but with the continuous development of labor dispatch forms, there are some problems in the process of use. Under the situation of the promulgation and implementation of the Labor contract Law and the interim provisions on Labor dispatch, this paper makes some thoughts and explorations on how to transform and replace the dispatched workers in state-owned enterprises, how to prevent risks and how to standardize them.
