【摘要】：航空運(yùn)輸合同作為運(yùn)輸合同的重要組成部分,受合同法調(diào)整,由于航空運(yùn)輸?shù)奶厥庑?又表現(xiàn)出了它與其它運(yùn)輸合同的不同.本文針對(duì)航空旅客運(yùn)輸合同在實(shí)際訂立、履行中出現(xiàn)的糾紛和問題進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)航空旅客運(yùn)輸合同進(jìn)行了研究。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the contract of carriage, the air transport contract is regulated by the contract law. Because of the particularity of air transport, it is different from other transport contracts. This paper analyzes the disputes and problems in the actual conclusion and performance of the air passenger transport contract, and studies the air passenger transport contract.
