【摘要】：油田企業(yè)在用工機制上,根據(jù)《勞動合同法》對合同的訂立,合同各項規(guī)定的履行、變更以及合同的解除和終止以系統(tǒng)規(guī)范,實施了靈活的用工機制。本論文針對勞動合同法對油田用工的影響進行研究。
[Abstract]:According to the "Labor contract Law", a flexible employment mechanism has been implemented in oil field enterprises in terms of the employment mechanism, the conclusion of the contract, the performance of the various provisions of the contract, the change of the contract and the termination and termination of the contract.
