【摘要】：從2010年起，隨著波及全球的金融危機(jī)，使全球經(jīng)濟(jì)再一次落入低迷狀態(tài)。以美國(guó)為首的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退，直接影響著全球的總需求的減少。這種需求的減少，直接關(guān)系到我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的處于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈下游的制造型企業(yè)。國(guó)內(nèi)的以制造業(yè)為首的產(chǎn)業(yè)整體結(jié)構(gòu)開始發(fā)生著變化，，很多制造業(yè)企業(yè)倒閉，光珠三角地帶就有近二分之一的企業(yè)在當(dāng)年倒閉、破產(chǎn)或被迫接受被收購(gòu)。而在中國(guó)另一片制造業(yè)的集中地——長(zhǎng)三角也面臨著前所未有的市場(chǎng)惡化。加上當(dāng)年新勞動(dòng)合同法的頒布和執(zhí)行，使得企業(yè)用工成本短時(shí)期內(nèi)迅速大幅增加。傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)特別是基礎(chǔ)制造業(yè)面臨著前所未有的困難局面，他們面對(duì)的是市場(chǎng)萎縮、用工成本增加、資金鏈迫在眉睫的現(xiàn)狀。在過(guò)去的是十幾年中，身邊的生活已經(jīng)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，但是伴隨著人們生活的改變，一個(gè)問(wèn)題逐步引起國(guó)人重視，那就是家族性民營(yíng)企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中越來(lái)越發(fā)揮其作用。 WD公司就是身處在長(zhǎng)三角下游溫州瑞安市，溫州瑞安市是國(guó)際汽摩配產(chǎn)業(yè)集中的地區(qū)，建設(shè)有國(guó)際汽摩配產(chǎn)業(yè)園，主要供給全球的汽車零部件。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度放緩，小車的銷售量受很大影響，國(guó)內(nèi)北京等地先后出臺(tái)的“限購(gòu)”政策，也對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求起著非常大的影響作用，而WD公司的另一產(chǎn)品，隨著國(guó)內(nèi)“優(yōu)先發(fā)展公交”的政策，正在蓬勃發(fā)展。 WD公司的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，全有董事長(zhǎng)岑家德及其二兒一女和女婿、兒媳等擔(dān)任管理職位，這些成員對(duì)董事長(zhǎng)非常負(fù)責(zé)、但其本身的學(xué)歷和能力卻都很低，管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)也幾乎為零。這使得公司的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)在內(nèi)部管理、外部應(yīng)對(duì)等方面經(jīng)常性的感到力不從心：發(fā)貨延遲、成品件丟失現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重、駐外銷售人員、售后人員管理不利，導(dǎo)致效率低，成本高等等。這些問(wèn)題時(shí)時(shí)刻刻困擾著企業(yè)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。管理團(tuán)隊(duì)本身出現(xiàn)勝任力信心不足，事故處理不善、責(zé)任推脫等問(wèn)題。 本文以勝任力模型為基礎(chǔ)，研究WD公司管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的勝任力水平。測(cè)量評(píng)估WD公司管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的現(xiàn)狀。找出管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體滿足情況和不足情況以及各成員的滿足情況和不足情況。并為將來(lái)發(fā)展方向給予一定分析和指導(dǎo)。同時(shí)。本文研究過(guò)程中采用心理學(xué)心理特征、人格的定量方法研究個(gè)體，得到一些更加客觀的數(shù)據(jù)，嘗試為以后的研究開辟一些新的思路。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, with the global financial crisis, the global economy has fallen into the doldrums again. The global recession, led by the United States, has a direct impact on the decline in global aggregate demand. The decrease of demand is directly related to the manufacturing enterprises in the downstream of the industrial chain. The overall industrial structure, led by the manufacturing industry, is beginning to change. Many manufacturing enterprises close down, and nearly 1/2 of the enterprises in the Pearl River Delta alone closed down that year, went bankrupt or were forced to accept acquisitions. The Yangtze River Delta, another manufacturing hub in China, is facing unprecedented market deterioration. In addition, the promulgation and enforcement of the new Labor contract Law made the cost of employment increase rapidly in a short period of time. The traditional manufacturing industry, especially the basic manufacturing industry, is facing unprecedented difficulties. They are faced with a shrinking market, increased labor costs and an imminent capital chain. In the past decade or so, life around us has changed dramatically. However, with the change in people's lives, a problem has gradually attracted people's attention. That is, family private enterprises are playing a more and more important role in economic life. WD Company is located in Wenzhou Ruian city, which is located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River Delta, where the international auto and motorcycle distribution industry is concentrated. Construction of the International Auto parts Industrial Park, mainly for the global automotive parts. The economic growth rate has slowed and the sales volume of cars has been greatly affected. The "purchase restriction" policies introduced successively in China's Beijing and other places also play a very important role in the market demand, while another product of WD Company. With the domestic policy of "giving priority to the development of public transport", it is booming. The management team of WD Company has all the management positions of chairman Cen Jia de and his two sons and one daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, etc. These members are very responsible to the chairman of the board. But its own education and ability are very low, management experience is almost zero. This makes the company's management team in the internal management, external response and other aspects of the feeling is often inadequate: delivery delay, the loss of finished products seriously, sales staff in foreign countries, after-sales staff management disadvantages, resulting in low efficiency, high costs and so on. These problems are puzzling the enterprise management team all the time. The management team itself has problems such as lack of competence, poor handling of accidents and shirking of responsibilities. Based on competency model, the competency level of WD management team is studied in this paper. Measure and evaluate the status of WD management team. Find out the overall satisfaction and insufficiency of the management team and the satisfaction and insufficiency of the members. And for the future direction of development to give some analysis and guidance. meanwhile In the course of this study, the psychological characteristics and the quantitative method of personality are used to study the individual, and some more objective data are obtained, which try to open up some new ideas for the future research.
