【摘要】：免責條款作為合同的重要條款,在合同的設定中有嚴格的限制,在實際操作中有很強的政策性。正確理解《合同法》對免責條款的法律效力,對鐵路旅客運輸合同中免責條款的設定、理解、操作,都有很好的指導意義。
