【摘要】：正水利工程施工管理是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的工作,加之管理本身是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,決定了施工管理沒(méi)有太多的"規(guī)范"的模式可循。本文根據(jù)筆者多年來(lái)從事水利工程施工管理的實(shí)踐,提出了一些工作方法和思路,供廣大同行參考。一、水利工程項(xiàng)目施工管理的特點(diǎn)水利工程施工管理系統(tǒng)的組成十分復(fù)雜,影響因素多變。因此,只有找出工程施工管理的特點(diǎn),才能在實(shí)踐中作出科學(xué)的工作計(jì)劃,完成工程施工管理工作。工程施工管理的主要特點(diǎn)如下:1.涉及面廣。工程施工管理工作涉及工業(yè)、水利、交通、城建、環(huán)保等諸多領(lǐng)域。2.涉及學(xué)科多。工程施工管理工作涉及地質(zhì)、氣象、園林,經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律、管理等學(xué)科。3,涉及法律、法規(guī)多。工程施工管理涉及《合同法》等,同時(shí)涉及水利、
[Abstract]:Construction management of real water conservancy project is a complicated work, and management itself is a systematic project, which determines that there are not too many "norms" to follow in construction management. This paper is based on the author's practice in water conservancy engineering construction management for many years. This paper puts forward some working methods and ideas for reference of many colleagues. Firstly, the composition of water conservancy project construction management system is very complex and the influence factors are changeable.
