【摘要】：全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)、建設(shè)"法治中國(guó)"已成為改革"深水區(qū)"的必然選擇,并承擔(dān)著重要的時(shí)代使命。因此,構(gòu)筑良法制度體系并確立憲法權(quán)威、塑造符合時(shí)代要求的法治價(jià)值觀、全面打造法治政府、構(gòu)建獨(dú)立公正的司法體制機(jī)制、培育符合法治建設(shè)要求的公民文化,也就成為全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的重要戰(zhàn)略支點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Promoting the rule of law in an all-round way and building a "China ruled by law" has become an inevitable choice for the reform of the "deep water area" and bears an important mission of the times. Therefore, building a good law system and establishing constitutional authority, shaping the values of the rule of law that meet the requirements of the times, building a government ruled by law in an all-round way, building an independent and impartial judicial system mechanism, and cultivating a civic culture that meets the requirements of the construction of the rule of law have become an important strategic fulcrum for promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.
