從國際私法課堂教學方式方法改革談涉外卓越法律人才的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】：國際私法傳統(tǒng)課堂教學中存在著些許問題,不能適應信息化時代、法律全球化以及絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展對涉外卓越法律人才的要求。提高我國國際私法課堂教學質(zhì)量,改革我國國際私法傳統(tǒng)課堂教學模式勢在必行�；诖�,將對國際私法課堂教學方式方法的改革進行探討,以其對我國國際私法課堂教學日益完善起到推動作用。
[Abstract]:There are some problems in the traditional classroom teaching of private international law, which can not meet the requirements of the information age, the globalization of the law and the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt for outstanding foreign legal personnel. It is imperative to improve the quality of classroom teaching of private international law and reform the traditional classroom teaching mode of private international law. Based on this, the reform of the classroom teaching methods of private international law will be discussed in order to promote the improvement of the classroom teaching of private international law in China.
