【摘要】：正中央軍委改革工作會(huì)議的召開,標(biāo)志著我軍具有里程碑意義的整體性革命性改革全面展開。圍繞黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)《關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》、十八屆四中全會(huì)《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定》《中央軍委關(guān)于新形勢(shì)下深入推進(jìn)依法治軍從嚴(yán)治軍的決定》這三個(gè)文件,和中央軍委改革工作會(huì)議的基本精神,本文從以下三個(gè)方面對(duì)深化國防和軍隊(duì)改革進(jìn)行法治解讀。
