略論法治在深化國防和軍隊改革中的地位與作用

【摘要】：正中央軍委改革工作會議的召開,標(biāo)志著我軍具有里程碑意義的整體性革命性改革全面展開。圍繞黨的十八屆三中全會《關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》、十八屆四中全會《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定》《中央軍委關(guān)于新形勢下深入推進(jìn)依法治軍從嚴(yán)治軍的決定》這三個文件,和中央軍委改革工作會議的基本精神,本文從以下三個方面對深化國防和軍隊改革進(jìn)行法治解讀。

Focusing on the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, "the decision on comprehensively deepening certain important issues of Reform," The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee [the decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the ruling of the country according to Law] and the decision of the Central military Commission on the in-depth promotion of administering the military according to law and strictly governing the army under the new situation, "these three documents, And the basic spirit of the Central military Commission Reform Conference, this paper interprets the rule of law from the following three aspects to deepen the reform of national defense and the army.
