【摘要】：正內(nèi)容豐富的核心期刊法學(xué)研究的良師益友創(chuàng)刊于1980年的《法學(xué)雜志》是我國(guó)改革開放之后最早的法學(xué)期刊之一,1980年就由司法部確定為國(guó)家一級(jí)法學(xué)期刊。三十多年來(lái),《法學(xué)雜志》以內(nèi)容豐富、觀點(diǎn)鮮明、文字精煉的特色,不僅贏得了中國(guó)法學(xué)期刊中的較高地位,而且受到了中外讀者的廣泛歡迎。早在1994年,《法學(xué)雜志》就被評(píng)為首屆"中國(guó)中文類法律核心期刊";2000年至2004年又被中國(guó)社科院文獻(xiàn)信息中心連續(xù)評(píng)為"中國(guó)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)核心期刊",并收入
[Abstract]:The Journal of Law, which was founded in 1980, is one of the earliest law journals in China after the reform and opening up. In 1980, the Ministry of Justice established the journal as the first class law journal of the country. For more than 30 years, the Journal of Law, with its rich contents, bright viewpoints and refined characters, has not only won a higher status in Chinese law journals, but also been widely welcomed by readers both at home and abroad. As early as 1994, the Journal of Law was selected as the first "Core Journal of Chinese Law" in China. From 2000 to 2004, it was appraised as the "Core Journal of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences" by the documentation and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
