關(guān)于完善“七五”普法宣傳教育機(jī)制的思考

【摘要】：正2016-2020年是我國法治宣傳教育的第七個(gè)五年規(guī)劃。為了推進(jìn)"七五"普法的順利進(jìn)行,河北省要在總結(jié)"六五"普法經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷完善發(fā)展符合國家要求和本省省情的普法宣傳教育機(jī)制。建立由黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、部門負(fù)責(zé)、社會(huì)參與的多元普法主體制度;以"兩點(diǎn)論"和"重點(diǎn)論"相統(tǒng)一的原則確立一般普法對象和重點(diǎn)普法對象;采用"分類指導(dǎo),突出重點(diǎn)"的原則,選擇普法宣傳教育的內(nèi)容;遵循"批判繼承、不斷創(chuàng)新"的原則,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展普法宣傳
[Abstract]:2016-2020 is the seventh five-year plan of publicity and education on rule of law in China. In order to promote the smooth progress of the seventh five-year plan, Hebei Province should, on the basis of summing up the experience and lessons of the sixth Five-Year Plan, continuously improve and develop the mechanism of popularizing and educating law in line with the requirements of the state and the situation of the province. To establish the pluralistic subject system of popularizing the law under the leadership of the Party and government, the departments responsible for it and the participation of the society, and to establish the general object of law popularization and the object of law popularization according to the principle of the unity of "two points theory" and "emphasis theory"; Adopt the principle of "classified guidance, highlight the key points", choose the content of popularizing law propaganda and education, follow the principle of "criticizing inheritance, constantly innovating", innovate and develop popularizing law publicity.
