【摘要】：利用指標(biāo)體系對法治水平進(jìn)行測量是法治研究中的一個新興領(lǐng)域。在設(shè)定指標(biāo)體系的過程中,研究者往往會面臨抽象概念的概念化、測量方法以及指標(biāo)體系功能導(dǎo)向等三個方面存在的問題。這些問題的背后是三組存在一定沖突性的指標(biāo)體系功能預(yù)期,包括指標(biāo)的全面性與代表性、數(shù)據(jù)的主觀性與客觀性以及指標(biāo)導(dǎo)向性與信度。在指標(biāo)體系的具體設(shè)計過程中,研究者一方面需要對其功能預(yù)期有清晰的認(rèn)識,另一方面需要借助一些方法來避免或減少上述問題。
[Abstract]:Using index system to measure the level of rule of law is a new field in the study of rule of law. In the process of setting index system, researchers often face three problems: conceptualization of abstract concept, measurement method and function orientation of index system. Behind these problems are the functional expectations of the three groups of indicators, including the comprehensiveness and representativeness of the indicators, the subjectivity and objectivity of the data, and the guidance and reliability of the indicators. In the process of designing the index system, on the one hand, researchers need to have a clear understanding of its function expectation, on the other hand, some methods are needed to avoid or reduce the above problems.
