【摘要】：正2014年8月底,湖北省公安廳網(wǎng)安總隊(duì)根據(jù)湖北知音傳媒集團(tuán)的報(bào)案線索,對(duì)多家網(wǎng)站涉嫌未經(jīng)許可通過(guò)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播該集團(tuán)旗下雜志《知音漫客》案進(jìn)行調(diào)查。湖北省公安部門確定了1 2個(gè)重點(diǎn)網(wǎng)站,并組織黃石、襄陽(yáng)、荊門、鄂州等地公安機(jī)關(guān)開展會(huì)戰(zhàn),目前,鄂州、黃石已查處了3個(gè)涉嫌侵權(quán)網(wǎng)站,抓獲5名犯罪嫌疑人。經(jīng)查,涉案侵權(quán)網(wǎng)站為提高網(wǎng)站訪問(wèn)量并賺取廣告費(fèi),未經(jīng)權(quán)利人湖北知音傳媒集團(tuán)許可,通過(guò)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播《知音漫客》雜志,涉案金額達(dá)1300余萬(wàn)元。目前,案件正在進(jìn)一步查辦中。
[Abstract]:At the end of August 2014, the Hubei Provincial Public Security Bureau's network security team investigated a number of websites suspected of disseminating the group's magazine, "confidant Man", without permission, according to a report from Hubei confidant Media Group. The public security department of Hubei Province has determined 12 key websites and organized the public security organs of Huangshi, Xiangyang, Jingmen, and Ezhou to carry out a fight. At present, Ezhou and Huangshi have investigated and dealt with 3 suspected infringement websites and arrested five criminal suspects. After investigation, in order to increase the number of site visits and earn advertising fees, the site involved in the infringement, without the permission of Hubei confidant Media Group, disseminated the magazine "confidant Man" through the information network, involving a sum of more than 1300 million yuan. At present, the case is under further investigation and prosecution.
