【摘要】：農(nóng)村是依法治疆的基點、重點和難點,新疆作為一個農(nóng)業(yè)大區(qū),加強基層法治建設(shè)尤為重要。"訪惠聚"活動的開展使基層法治建設(shè)取得了明顯成效。然而,基層法治建設(shè)還存在一些深層次問題,不是一蹴而就能解決的。為此,發(fā)揮地方立法作用,推進治理創(chuàng)新與變革,健全和完善新疆宗教立法工作,進一步加強宗教事務(wù)管理,全面增強基層組織依法履職能力,規(guī)范農(nóng)村事務(wù)管理,堅持嚴打和教育疏導(dǎo),以鞏固"訪惠聚"活動帶來的良好社會局面。
[Abstract]:Rural areas are the basic points, key points and difficulties of ruling Xinjiang according to law. As an agricultural region, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of grass-roots rule of law in Xinjiang. " The development of the "visit and gather" activities has made clear achievements in the construction of the grass-roots rule of law. However, there are still some deep problems in the construction of grass-roots rule of law, which can not be solved overnight. To this end, give full play to the role of local legislation, promote innovation and reform in governance, improve and improve religious legislation in Xinjiang, further strengthen the management of religious affairs, comprehensively enhance the ability of grass-roots organizations to carry out their duties according to law, and standardize the management of rural affairs. Adhere to severe punishment and education guidance, in order to consolidate the "visit to gather" activities brought about a good social situation.
