[Abstract]:Division system is the basic method of land management for local governments in western countries. " The word "zoning" itself is formed by the local government in the practice of land planning and management by authorizing one land to have a different purpose from another, and using maps to express it. The basis of the district legislation is the Standard Division Law, which is mainly derived from the increase of the litigation cases of land use obstruction. What is obstruction of a lawsuit? The United States is a country that pays much attention to the protection of private ownership. In essence, the regionalization law uses legislative power to manage private land in order to solve the problem.
