【摘要】：世界各國(guó)在具體法律的應(yīng)用上有著越來越多的相同與相似的選擇,而其本因便是在世界各國(guó)的法律系統(tǒng)中,存在著通行的法律價(jià)值。通行的法律價(jià)值具有明顯的普遍性、原則性、社會(huì)性等特點(diǎn),對(duì)現(xiàn)代國(guó)際社會(huì)具有重要的意義。文章通過分析通行法律價(jià)值的概念與特征,探討法律價(jià)值的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義以引起學(xué)界對(duì)于有關(guān)問題的重視,促進(jìn)有關(guān)理論的深化與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:More and more countries in the world have the same and similar choice in the application of specific laws, and the reason is that in the legal system of countries in the world, there is the legal value of passing. The prevailing legal value has obvious characteristics of universality, principle and sociality, which is of great significance to the modern international society. By analyzing the concept and characteristics of the prevailing legal value, this paper discusses the practical significance of the legal value in order to arouse the academic attention to the relevant issues and to promote the deepening and development of the relevant theories.
