【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告提出:“全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)”,“加快建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家”,這表明了建設(shè)法治國(guó)家的重要性。我國(guó)的法治建設(shè),不僅是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化做出的努力,也是我國(guó)社會(huì)治理模式轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)驗(yàn)。而要完成法治建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化和社會(huì)治理模式轉(zhuǎn)型的目標(biāo),那么,對(duì)我國(guó)公民的要求就得提高。法治不僅僅是制度的建立,更重要的是,要讓民眾自覺(jué)地接受和遵守法律。要讓公民都懂法和守法,必要的途徑就是進(jìn)行法制宣傳工作。在我國(guó)的法治建設(shè)過(guò)程中,普法充當(dāng)著不可替代的作用。從我國(guó)的普法現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,從一五普法到七五普法,這么多年的普法活動(dòng)在一定程度上是取得了成效的。提高了我國(guó)公民的法律素養(yǎng),改變了他們對(duì)于法律的看法,為我國(guó)的法治建設(shè)及社會(huì)治理轉(zhuǎn)型提供了一定的基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)我國(guó)普法的問(wèn)題分析可以為我國(guó)在法治方面的發(fā)展提供參考意義。對(duì)我國(guó)的普法進(jìn)行深入的探究不僅有利于豐富我國(guó)的法治理論,也有利于普法受眾更深入的理解我國(guó)的法律。本文從普法受眾的角度出發(fā),分析我國(guó)普法存在的主要問(wèn)題,從而制定解決這些問(wèn)題的普法策略,以期為新時(shí)期我國(guó)普法策略的制定起到拋磚引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward the following points: "comprehensively promoting the rule of law" and "speeding up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law", which indicates the importance of building a country ruled by law. The construction of our country's rule of law is not only an effort to realize modernization, but also an experiment in the transformation of our social governance model. In order to complete the construction of rule of law and realize the goal of modernization and transformation of social governance mode, the requirements of Chinese citizens must be raised. The rule of law is not only the establishment of the system, but also the voluntary acceptance and observance of the law. To make citizens understand the law and abide by the law, the necessary way is to promote the legal system. In the process of building the rule of law in our country, the universal law plays an irreplaceable role. From the current situation of popularizing law in our country, from the first five years to the seventh five years, so many years of popularizing law have achieved some results to some extent. It improves the legal literacy of Chinese citizens, changes their views on the law, and provides a certain basis for the construction of the rule of law and the transformation of social governance. The analysis of law popularization in our country can provide reference for the development of our country in the field of rule of law. It is not only beneficial to enrich the theory of the rule of law, but also beneficial to the audience to understand the law more deeply. This paper analyzes the main problems of popularizing law in our country from the angle of the audience of popularizing law, and formulates the strategy of popularizing law to solve these problems, in order to play an important role in the formulation of popularizing law in China in the new period.
