【摘要】：唐人詩文中蘊藉著豐富的法觀念,通過發(fā)掘唐人詩文中的法觀念,我們可以直接體會到這一時期法制的律動,進(jìn)而深化對唐朝法制的理解。以詩證史、詩史互證必須了解作者及其所處的時代背景,知人論世,才能憑借個性化的詩文求得藝術(shù)真實和法律真實。在文學(xué)研究上,"文學(xué)中的法律"可以拓寬文學(xué)研究的視野,追求文本中的詩性正義;在法學(xué)研究上,以詩文證法史可以獨辟蹊徑,發(fā)掘豐富的法學(xué)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:By exploring the concept of law in the poems of the Tang Dynasty, we can directly understand the rhythm of the legal system in this period, and then deepen the understanding of the legal system of the Tang Dynasty. In order to obtain the artistic truth and the legal truth with the help of the individualized poetry and prose, the author and the background of the times must be understood and the world should be discussed by means of the history of poetry and the mutual verification of the history of poetry. In the study of literature, "Law in Literature" can broaden the field of vision of literary research and pursue poetic justice in the text, while in the study of law, the history of proving law of poetry and prose can be used to find out the rich contents of law.
