【摘要】：家族主義與家族倫理是中國傳統(tǒng)文化的精神內(nèi)核。近代以來,傳統(tǒng)的家族主義受到了來自國家主義與個人主義的雙重挑戰(zhàn)。晚清時期,對家族主義的挑戰(zhàn)主要來自國家主義。清末修律時,即發(fā)生了國家主義與家族主義的論爭。論爭雙方圍繞家族主義是否適合中國的現(xiàn)實需要,是否有礙于國家富強(qiáng),追求國家富強(qiáng)是否必須破壞家族制度與家族主義;國家的目標(biāo)是實現(xiàn)其道德價值還是追求國家自身的富強(qiáng);立法創(chuàng)制是依順歷史與習(xí)慣,還是可以更多地發(fā)揮主觀能動性等問題,發(fā)生了激烈的思想交鋒。
[Abstract]:Family doctrine and family ethics are the spiritual core of Chinese traditional culture. Since modern times, the traditional family doctrine has been challenged by both nationalism and individualism. In the late Qing Dynasty, the challenge to familism came mainly from nationalism. At the end of Qing Dynasty, the controversy between nationalism and familism occurred. Whether the family doctrine is suitable for China's realistic needs, whether it is hindering the country's prosperity and strength, and whether the pursuit of national prosperity and power must destroy the family system and the family doctrine; The goal of a country is to realize its moral value or to pursue its own prosperity and strength.
