【摘要】：正國家版權局、國家互聯(lián)網信息辦公室、工業(yè)和信息化部和公安部四部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關于開展打擊網絡侵權盜版"劍網2014"專項行動的通知》(新廣出明電〔2014〕14號)以來,各地區(qū)版權行政執(zhí)法部門、互聯(lián)網管理部門、電信主管部門和公安部門積極配合、齊抓共管,對一批網絡侵權盜版案件集中查辦,確保"劍網2014"專項行動不斷取得新成果。截至目前,國家版權局先后通報了3批共30件網絡侵權盜版案件的查辦情況,這些案件的查辦情況如下。
[Abstract]:Since the National copyright Administration, the State Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Public Security jointly issued the Circular on launching a Special Action to crack down on Internet copyright infringement and Piracy "Jian net 2014" (Xinguang Mingguo 2014 / 14), The copyright administrative law enforcement departments, Internet management departments, telecommunications departments and public security departments in various regions have actively cooperated and jointly managed a number of copyright infringement and piracy cases on the Internet to ensure that the special action "Sword Network 2014" continues to achieve new results. Up to now, the State copyright Administration has reported three batches of 30 cases of copyright infringement and piracy on the Internet. The investigation and handling of these cases are as follows.
