【摘要】：正退居二線的原山東省某市地方鐵路建設(shè)管理辦公室主任孫某本可安享晚年,豈料貪腐舊賬纏身被群眾舉報(bào)落網(wǎng),最終"晚節(jié)不保"。一、匿名舉報(bào),直指退休鐵道辦主任一封匿名舉報(bào)信掀開了孫某貪污腐敗案的大幕,匿名信的內(nèi)容直指孫某擔(dān)任某市地方鐵路建設(shè)管理辦公室主任期間有貪污、受賄等腐敗行為。但是讓受理檢察機(jī)關(guān)頭疼的是,雖然有明確的檢舉對(duì)象,但舉報(bào)的內(nèi)容太過籠統(tǒng)且指向性不強(qiáng)。更為棘手的是孫某早已于5年前離開工作崗位,退居二
